A pizzeria found by accident. The best gluten-free pizza I've ever eaten. Confirmed by people eating gluten that you can't feel the difference between the gluten-free and normal versions. Always great service, nice atmosphere. A very nice chef responsible for gluten-free pizza, always asks what's going on and whether it was good. It's a really great place with a nice atmosphere.

Very welcoming and clean place, Fulvio and all the staff very kind, and then the fried foods and pizzas under the direction of maestro Marcello, with a unique flavour, congratulations, everything is delicious, thank you very much, we'll see you soon and congratulations to everyone HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We took 2 gluten-free pizzas....the dough was nothing to envy of those with excellent gluten. Wood cooking. Excellent pizza ingredients. Friendly and helpful service. It's a shame that the place is a bit small, but still elegant and very welcoming. Good value for money.

Great pizzas! Starting from the cartwheel, the pan is the delicious revision... The only flaw was that they didn't have more than one bottle of chilled wine per type. Luckily the owner immediately remedied it.

Pizzeria to absolutely bookmark for a weekend in Salerno and surrounding areas if you are not a local like us. From the venue, to the staff up to His Majesty the Pizza, nothing to say! We took two "Tripudio", classic and gluten-free dough... a true riot of flavours! My mouth is watering just writing this! Gluten-free dough never tasted so good in my life! Highly recommended!!!

I went to Oasi 18 to eat pizza with my family, I have celiac disease but we all wanted to eat gluten-free pizza because the reviews speak well of it and so I could try more pizzas. All the pizzas are amazing, tasty and with a nice puffy crust. The pasta and potato omelettes were also really excellent, except that we were already full 🙂 The very kind staff and the very nice environment. I also have photos of the pizzas, but I don't know how to upload them 😂

Really excellent food, we chose and shared 3 very particular pizzas: Domenica (crispy pan pizza with aubergine parmigiana), Artichokes in smoke and Thai Carrettiera. I must say that all three of us were delighted with the very particular but also very successful combinations. On Sunday it was something spectacular, with a very creamy parmigiana inside. The thai sauce on the broccoli and sausage (Carrettiera thai) was a very pleasant surprise! The artichoke in smoke also surprised us. If I have to find a flaw it is the cooking of this pizza: a little too burnt on the bottom, and there were only two tables this evening. We then continued with 3 desserts: brownies, crème brûlé and Salerno-Sicily. All three spectacular, one better than the other. Honest and in line prices, friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely be back!
