Excellent pizza, shame about the long wait

Delicious food, great atmosphere and good service. We were completely satisfied.

Pizzeria overlooking the Zafferana municipal park. This place's specialty is the suggested flavored oil pairings based on the pizza you choose. Each type of oil is available at the tables. The pizza is made with gourmet ingredients; the dough didn't seem very digestible, and choosing a pizza with a thick crust certainly didn't help. The very kind owner suggested I ask for the traditional version of the pizza, "a routa di carro," next time, even though he said the dough was designed to be very digestible. If I have the opportunity again, I'll be happy to try it and update my review.

Very nice place, friendly staff, and truly excellent pizza. I went on Saturday, September 13, 2025, and had a Margherita and a sausage and potatoes. If I had to make a small comment about the pizza chef's general liquidity, I'd say it was due to the undrained mozzarella. But we're talking nonsense, which I understand given the confusion, and anyway, you forget everything when you taste the pizza. I recommend this place to everyone.

Quiet atmosphere. Good pizza made with quality ingredients. If you have children, you can easily watch them play in the Zafferana square and relax. The only slightly negative note was the service. A bit slow in taking orders and bringing drinks. Improving this aspect would be truly perfect. I recommend it.

This pizzeria is located in Zafferana's main square, with spacious seating and tables suitable for large groups. A special and much-appreciated detail is the option to choose from different types of olive oil, which are also listed on the menu to complement the pizzas. The dough is fantastic: soft and thick, perfectly showcasing the quality of the ingredients, which taste fresh and carefully selected.

The restaurant is in a beautiful setting, with a very friendly central square in the summer. The pizzas were very good. The staff seemed busy because, apart from taking our order and bringing us our food, no one bothered us. No water, no side dishes. I ordered a mojito, but someone came to tell me they were out of mint. I chose another drink, which I'm still waiting for. And then I was presented with the bill, which included the drink I didn't get... A little disappointed with the service, otherwise everything else was good.
