Huge selection of beers and wines. Also several typical products, such as torta, cakes, chocolates, cheese, pandoro panettone can be bought. They have tables inside and outside. Usually very crowded, reservation is recommended if you want to sit.

Every time I passed through Testaccio, I noticed this place, always quite crowded both day and night. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that this wine bar not only offers excellent draft beers at still affordable prices, but also offers meals ranging from simple bruschetta to pulled pork meatballs. For me, it's definitely one of those beer halls/restaurants worth trying... for a Roman, finding places this affordable is no small feat. The staff is friendly; if you just want to drink, peanut chips and taralli are a popular house special. Traditional dishes plus a few specialties (like the aforementioned meatballs). A vast selection of wines, from the most basic to the most prestigious, and the place offers the option of going down to the basement for a setting reminiscent of ancient, now-disappearing Rome. Highly recommended! Update 11/17/2025 I'm sorry, but I have to take a few stars off the food: I brought friends for both lunch and dinner, and ordered the famous meatballs, but there was no trace of pulled pork... just ordinary meatballs with a sauce that tasted like ordinary BBQ sauce... something the staff, always so kind, also noted... The cacio e pepe was almost uneatable, so overcooked it was... if the chef has changed, it's certainly not for the better... The first time is fine... the second is just malice. Sorry... I confirm everything else.
