One of the most iconic venues in Rome and Testaccio. Extremely well-managed by owner Mario, you'll find excellent quality products, and the staff are polite and friendly, qualities that are rare in the capital these days. Highly recommended...unfortunately, it can sometimes get crowded with tourists and aperitivo-goers...be patient, the wait will be worth it.

A point of reference in Testaccio for craft beer lovers, especially for export in my case. Excellent and vast selection of beers in the fridge. Honest prices and friendly service

I can only praise Claudio (the owner) and the guys/girls who work there for their friendliness. Small but fantastic place in the heart of Testaccio, a wide choice of wines and beers of all respect and the food really really good (tastings and meat highly recommended) at very competitive prices!! I don't remember a pint of excellent beer for €6 in Rome for a long time. See you soon

We had a small plate and the asparagus ravioli - I've asked for a recommendation. The food was great, the place has a nice beer selection.

Every time I passed through Testaccio I noticed this place always quite crowded both day and night I pleasantly discovered that this wine bar not only offers excellent draft beers at a still affordable price but allows you to consume meals ranging from simple bruschetta to pulled pork meatballs For me it is absolutely one of the pubs/restaurants that must be tried... for a Roman to find places still so affordable is no small feat. Friendly staff, if you only need to drink, peanuts, crisps and taralli are a much appreciated house special. Traditional dishes plus some specialties (such as the aforementioned meatballs) A very wide selection of wines from the most normal to the most famous and the place offers the possibility of going down to the basement for a setting that seems that of an ancient Rome and now in the process of disappearing. Highly recommended!

I truly enjoyed their selection of drinks and food. Great portions and quality. I'd give 5 stars if they wouldn't have just two toilets which result in a chaotic mess on a weekend since it gets so busy that you have to wait 15 minutes to get actually use it
