Nice little wine bar with huge selection

Great beer and wine but very crowded.

If you want a local experience, look no further. The tasting boards are fantastic, the atmosphere is local and the Piazza outside feels very homey. On my second visit it was so busy I took my Spritz (just 6 euros) to go and sat across the street to soak up the atmosphere. Families, dates, children playing football... it was wonderful.

Huge selection of beers and wines. Also several typical products, such as torta, cakes, chocolates, cheese can be bought. They have tables inside and outside. Usually very crowded, reservation is recommended if you want to sit.

I had an aperitivo here. We had the "6 varieties" charcuterie board - we let the staff choose the varieties for us, we just told them what we didn't like so they could avoid it - and I had a glass of Franciacorta, my friend had a very generously poured Negroni. Reasonably priced, really nice location off Piazza Testaccio that has such a classic Italian neighborhood vibe (kids playing with soccer balls, nonni chatting on benches). We enjoyed the fast and friendly service. The atmosphere and vibe is cool, we ate inside and it felt a bit like dining in a wine cellar. The focaccia was so good, it came out warm! We spent €20 per person. Totally worth it!

One of the most iconic venues in Rome and Testaccio. Extremely well-managed by owner Mario, you'll find excellent quality products, and the staff are polite and friendly, qualities that are rare in the capital these days. Highly recommended...unfortunately, it can sometimes get crowded with tourists and aperitivo-goers...be patient, the wait will be worth it.

A point of reference in Testaccio for craft beer lovers, especially for export in my case. Excellent and vast selection of beers in the fridge. Honest prices and friendly service

I can only praise Claudio (the owner) and the guys/girls who work there for their friendliness. Small but fantastic place in the heart of Testaccio, a wide choice of wines and beers of all respect and the food really really good (tastings and meat highly recommended) at very competitive prices!! I don't remember a pint of excellent beer for €6 in Rome for a long time. See you soon
