We agree with the previous posts. Our evening with Sylvie and Antonello was outstanding in every respect. The quality of the products and the refinement of the preparation are remarkable, but we were simply thrilled by the personal and attentive service of the three hosts. We would gladly return.

We went for dinner, with live music in the background. Excellent food, locally sourced. The setting is beautiful and meticulously maintained. The owners are incredibly kind and truly care about their customers. A classy place. I highly recommend it, and I also recommend making a reservation.

Tra tutti i ristoranti provati a Calasetta e dintorni, questo è senza dubbio il migliore. Il servizio è eccellente: il personale è estremamente accogliente e, sin dall’inizio, accompagna la serata con grande cura e attenzione. Un gesto davvero apprezzato è stato quando si sono presentati con una stretta di mano per farci sentire a casa. La location è splendida: immersa nel verde tra prati e ulivi, l’atmosfera è resa ancora più suggestiva da musica di sottofondo e candele sul tavolo. Il cibo è spettacolare: ogni giorno viene proposto un menù fisso che comprende una serie di antipasti, un primo, un secondo e deliziosi dolci della casa. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo. Tutto è genuino e di alta qualità. Consigliatissimo!

Siamo tornati dopo qualche anno perchè avevamo un bel ricordo di una serata passata qui. Anche questa volta confermiamo: innanzi tutto l'atmosfera accogliente e rilassante. Un luogo bello e curato in cui si viene accolti con semplicità e grande attenzione per i bambini. Il menù è fisso e propone ingredienti tipici presentati in maniera interessante. Antipasti: mousse di ricotta, verdure grigliate, spiedini di pecora. Poi malloreddus al ragù di pecora, porceddu allo spiedo e raviolini fritti con uva. Abbiamo preso il vino rosso della casa, molto buono. Tutto ottimo, ma in particolare le melanzane sono state le più buone che abbia mai mangiato. Grazie per l'ospitalità. Torneremo sicuramente...

We've been Antonello's customers for almost 5 years and everything is simply perfect, as always. From the service to the food, we can GUARANTEE that he makes the BEST PIGLET IN ALL OF SOUTHERN SARDINIA (and we've tried quite a few). Congratulations, as always!

We were immediately greeted warmly and friendly. The atmosphere was very refined but not overbearing. It was obvious that great care had been taken...and last but not least, a satisfying dinner in every way, both price and quality. Nothing to say, except that if you're ever in the area, it would be a shame not to try it.

If you want an authentic experience, then book your table at Oasi Blu. The atmosphere is fairytale-like, and you're immediately greeted by the very kind staff who make you feel welcome. You immediately notice the cleanliness and attention to detail; it was sunset, and the sun's rays shone on the glasses and dishes as if they were brand new. The food? Too complicated to describe; I don't think I've ever tasted anything like it in all of Sardinia. Congratulations

17/10/2025: "Agriturismo" in the truest sense of the word, lunch outside on the veranda, the dishes offered were delicious, all locally sourced, and the set menu included second helpings. We were very satisfied with the overall lunch, especially the price (€35 per person) for various appetizers, two first courses, two second courses, drinks, coffee, dessert, and liqueur, all accompanied by the owner's kindness. The only thing I would advise the owner (as an animal lover) is that dogs and cats should not roam among the tables. See you next time….
15/10/2025: A true experience! A wonderful family-run business. Most of the guests were there with their campers and stayed overnight. We came for dinner on the recommendation of friends. Much of the food is home-grown, and a lot of heart goes into it. We were there for a total of 3-4 hours. We had bread with olives and a cheese/ham platter, 2 appetizers, 2 primi (pasta dishes), 2 main courses (meat), and dessert. You could always order more, but honestly, it was very filling! The owners speak Italian, German, and English. Drinks of water, wine, and homemade limoncello were included in the price (€35 per person). A truly enjoyable evening.

15/10/2025: Strolling along the seafront, we decided to make a reservation for dinner, and we were right! The restaurant is very refined, with professional, elegant, and attentive staff. The service is excellent, and the quality of the food is truly excellent. Everything was fresh and delicious: we enjoyed typical Carloforte dishes. The tuna steak, which I'd been dying to try, was truly excellent, as delicious as everything else. The location is beautiful, right on the seafront. The prices are high, but the quality of the food and service justifies it. If you want to savor typical local dishes and be pampered by attentive and friendly staff, this is definitely the place!
06/10/2025: In my opinion, it's the epitome of excellence in Carloforte. High-level service that doesn't veer into excessive formality; time is spent at large tables and comfortable seating; an extensive and refined wine list; mastery from appetizers to dessert; fair bills that are perfectly tailored to the offerings. But what really makes the difference is the staff: all of them! Congratulations 💯
