The only restaurant in Calasetta where you eat everything based on meat!!! everything is always delicious from starters to dessert!!! All home-made, many starters, homemade pasta and desserts, oil, wine and myrtle!!! The location was taken care of down to the smallest detail and the scenery was beautiful!!! The impeccable staff!!!

Nascosta dalla vegetazione, appare dopo una passeggiata in un giardino ben curato ed accogliente. Il personale si palesa gentile per fare gli onori di casa.il locale e’ caldo e vi si rispecchiano i colori del mare di Calasetta. L’OASI BLU, offre prodotti stagionali propri,casarecci e raffinati. On November 23rd I had the pleasure of having dinner at the Oasi Blu, and I must say that it was an unforgettable experience. From the entrance you perceive the welcoming and refined atmosphere, thanks to an extraordinarily kind staff who is attentive to every need. The quality of the dishes was simply extraordinary: a journey through delicious flavors and refined combinations, where each course was a work of art for both the eyes and the palate. The freshest ingredients and attention to detail made every bite a real pleasure. The location, then, is truly sublime: an elegant and peaceful environment, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the moment. The furnishings and atmosphere create a feeling of total well-being, like an oasis of peace where everything is designed to pamper guests. I recommend the Oasi Blu to anyone who wants to enjoy a high-level culinary experience, accompanied by impeccable service and a dream setting. I can't wait to go back!

We felt pampered like a Sunday by grandma. Welcoming and well-kept location, impeccable service, sublime 0 km food, everything made by them from vegetables with honey to fresh pasta, wine and oil of their own production. If you are looking for a typical Sardinian meal with excellent quality and impeccably cooked products you must come (don't forget the Porceddu, best I've ever eaten). Great ethics for the products, really compliments. The menu is fixed and varied, includes starters, first course, second course, dessert, water, house wine for €40.00, excellent quality and price. Excellent choice of wines and digestives too (Try the myrtle distillate and the must distillate).

As soon as we entered the gate of the blue oasis, we had the feeling of entering a paradise, we were immediately struck by the kindness and friendliness of the people. We ate on a veranda with attention to detail, the dinner offered was made with local products , well prepared dishes with flavors blended together, excellent dinner with fair prices for the type, we had a nice evening
