Excellent menu, with various qualities of meats and burgers. Refined selection of beers and wines as well, in a hospitable environment. Must try.

A guarantee in the city. Whenever I am in Alessandria, making a stop here is mandatory. Good food and staff always attentive, kind and smiling. Well done

Everything excellent, as always. It has now become a fixed point for eating good meat and having a drink. They have several offers in hamburger compositions (about 90 types), excellent skewers and truly fantastic grills. Good beer and a wide range of gin and other spirits. What can I say, even desserts deserve a little place. Very kind waiters. We are making the place known to all our friends!

Moonshine is a guarantee! Guarantee of quality of the ingredients, of the care in the preparation, of the warm and discreet welcome, of the intimate environment....I tried it as a brewery but then I discovered that the cuisine is fantastic at 360°, with crazy menus even in the Commanded parties, in which it offers excellent meat, fish and vegan alternatives!

06/01/2025: Beautiful location in the countryside (unfortunately it closes to move to the city of Alessandria). I had been there on other occasions with friends and work colleagues, I was there for Christmas this year and as always I had a great time. Professional, courteous and very polite staff. The owner who helps in the dining room is really attentive, there was a child at our table and he always made sure to ask if he had to prepare an alternative to the menu (I really appreciated this even if I didn't need it). A Christmas menu different from the usual ones, with truly excellent Sardinian cuisine dishes. The icing on the cake is ad hoc quality/price.
31/10/2024: Locale un po’ vecchio ma sicuramente il cibo merita . Gnocchetti sardi superlativi . Molto buono anche il maialino . Consiglio menù degustazione . Serata piacevole
