A very special experience at Giggino!! We happened to be in Battipaglia by chance and found this little treasure. Aside from the mozzarella, which is delicious, we were very impressed by the appetizers: the octopus and potato salad and the mussels with pepper were delicious. The first courses were also excellent, both the rigacuori with tomato fillets and mozzarella, and the off-menu dish of the day, pasta with mussels and beans. Be careful with the rabbit (off-menu dish): being free-range, it is not very tender. Welcoming and hospitable. A positive note for the 70s/80s music, very much appreciated. In short, an experience to repeat!

Informal and very familiar restaurant (in the sense that you feel right at home and with family) with references in the furnishings and in the reproduced music, to the 70s and 80s.
Excellent food, we tried the omelette with onions and a pasta with beans and mussels and the inevitable buffalo mozzarella, very friendly, nice and helpful staff.
Final treat a good coffee made with the moka with the possibility of correcting it with sambuca.

Beautiful place and fantastic food. Feels like a cozy living room. The servers are super nice and make you feel at ease right away. Authentic regional dishes with good explanation. The wine was very tasty but the food even better. Wow, super tasty and fresh. Really a must visit!

Locale mitico. Ti proietta nel passato. Arredato con cura e nulla è al caso. Per non parlare della cucina. Sembra di tornare a mangiare a casa della nonna. Con i sapori e i profumi di allora. Gestito davvero in maniera esemplare. Tutto perfetto. Consiglio vivamente di provare questa trattoria diversa dal convenzionale

Un idea geniale che diventa vincente unita a una buona cucina, un proprietario simpaticissimo e uno staff molto attento. Il tutto contornato dalla splendida ambientazione casalinga. Torneremo il prima possibile.
