We popped in quickly and were in the late afternoon, so there wasn't much food left on display. We managed to buy 2x pistachio, mozzarella and mortadella Arancini and they were delicious. I'll be back for these lovely nuggets of joy.

If you want to taste the so-called Sicilian arancini I highly recommend this stop, without taking anything away from the rest of the rotisserie present, which although not very assorted was certainly not lacking in deliciousness

Abbiamo preso gli arancini al ragù e una schiacciata. L’arancino fatto al momento, caldo e con la carne sfilacciata ( non la carne macinata, che di norma si trova), come si faceva una volta, merita un 10, da una persona che di arancini se ne intende e li mangia da oltre 40 anni. Complimenti l’arancino più buono che abbia mai provato in tutta la Sicilia.

Su consiglio di Amici mi sono recato a Scicli, per degustare la tavola calda tipica catanese di questo carinissimo locale gestito in modo eccellente da Carmelo e Alessia ragazzi che amano il proprio lavoro e che mettono passione e creatività in quello che fanno dagli arancini, alle cartocciate per non parlare della mitica cipollina fatta a regola d'arte un vero piacere per il palato che al prossimo passaggio dalle parti del ragusano dovrò nuovamente assaporare.
