O' Scià Ristorante In Marsala

Excellent food, very kind owners. Highly recommended.

We highly recommend this place! While looking for a place to have dinner, we spontaneously stumbled upon this restaurant – it's just down the first side street from the main square! In our own experience, you can't expect much in terms of food quality at restaurants on the main square. This one, however, was very good ;) One thing we'd like to point out: When we got there around 8 p.m., there were still a few seats available. At first, the waitress ignored us, and when we asked if we could sit down, she said, "Not for about 20 minutes." We didn't understand, as, as I said, there were still seats available. She was unfriendly at first, but then explained to us that she was alone and therefore didn't have any capacity at the moment. Of course, we understood, and didn't come back for another 20 minutes. After that, she was definitely super friendly, and the food was also very tasty 😅 We had two of the swordfish with caper and tomato salsa and the chef's spaghetti with seafood! They were all GREAT 😋😋😋 really delicious, including the sauce! The bread was also very fresh and was served to us without asking. We didn't really like the house white wine, but that's a matter of taste :) We would go back here again!

Very pretty restaurant located in a small, shady alley. Nice menu with Sicilian specialties at a fairly reasonable price. Too bad the waitress, who seems to be the owner of the restaurant, is so unfriendly and unwelcoming. The service was excessively slow even though there were only 10 people there that day... The dishes served were good but nothing exceptional... We would have liked dessert, but we preferred to do without. God, it was long! Even getting the bill took a long time...

We arrived on a Saturday evening without a reservation and didn't have to wait even a minute to be seated and served. The dishes were generous, well-prepared, and truly delicious. The Busiate alla Trapanese and Bacio Pantesco were phenomenal! The welcome and kindness were always there, and we responded to every request. A highly recommended place to treat yourself to good food.

This was the best meal we had in our stay in Sicily! Its still on our mind :) Delicious food, kind and brave owner lady. Thank you for a perfect night!

Estamos en nuestro cuarto día viajando por Sicilia. Al llegar a nuestro alojamiento deambulamos por las calles de Marsala, buscando un lugar para comer. Después de haber pasado por varios restaurantes que casualidad en Oscia Restaurante, habiendo sido sentado por el camarero educado leímos el menú haciendo nuestras elecciones. Durante este tiempo me di cuenta de lo relajado que me sentía, el ambiente del restaurante era cálido, acogedor y rezumado de calma. Disfrutamos de la casa de color rojo, y nuestros dos principales, que eran deliciosos y calientes. (La comida caliente es una ventaja en estos días que encuentro) Luego seleccionamos el desierto, uno mejor descrito como un sándwich de gofres crujientes (waffle hecho con masa de cerveza) con un relleno cremoso. Para ser justos lo seleccionamos como un “realmente con cerveza” pero recomendaría este postre, no se dejen llevar por los ingredientes que tiene un factor sorpresa. La otra era una casita de naranja, las dos no dudaría en tomar de nuevo. Si volvemos a Marsala, no dudaría en volver a Oscia.

Bel ristorante e ottima cucina. Tutto preparato al momento per cui nn abbiate fretta. Ottimo vino sfuso Grillo...di una cantina locale. La co dizione familiare rende l' ambiente molto intimo. Brava Viviana in sala moglie dello chef. Da provare assolutamente
