O' Scià Ristorante In Marsala

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, as the other "more popular" ones were fully booked. If I ever return to Marsala, it will be a must-try. Everything was excellent, from the parmigiana to the busiate pasta with Trapanese pesto and the swordfish stew. We had a bit of a wait to order and then between courses. However, the owner personally apologized, explaining that since it's a family-run restaurant and everything is made fresh, the dishes take longer to prepare. In any case, the wait was definitely worth it with the food and the kindness of the staff. Excellent value. If you're in Marsala (and you're not in a hurry), highly recommended!

We had dinner for two. The owner is very kind and tries to accommodate every guest's request. Unfortunately, I'm not an easy customer because my fish allergies are a bit tricky in seafood restaurants, but the owner advised me and reassured me about what I could order to be on the safe side. The restaurant's location is very strategic, right in the historic center, just steps from the Mother Church, perfect for strolling downtown in the evening. I really appreciated that the owner is committed to using only local products to promote Sicilian products. As soon as we return to Marsala, we will definitely visit the restaurant again.

There's a bit of a wait, but the food is pretty good at reasonable prices.

An old sage said, "Patience will reward you." If you get into this mood before entering this restaurant, you'll be fine. Delicious food, very friendly staff, but a bit slow (due to the fact that it's practically run by a single person).

Intimate and quiet, located on a side street off the center of Marsala. The atmosphere is as delightful as the food. Veronica is incredibly sweet and gives excellent advice. Highly recommended.

Centrally located restaurant, good food, but nothing exceptional, generous portions but very slow and sparsely staffed.

Estamos en nuestro cuarto día viajando por Sicilia. Al llegar a nuestro alojamiento deambulamos por las calles de Marsala, buscando un lugar para comer. Después de haber pasado por varios restaurantes que casualidad en Oscia Restaurante, habiendo sido sentado por el camarero educado leímos el menú haciendo nuestras elecciones. Durante este tiempo me di cuenta de lo relajado que me sentía, el ambiente del restaurante era cálido, acogedor y rezumado de calma. Disfrutamos de la casa de color rojo, y nuestros dos principales, que eran deliciosos y calientes. (La comida caliente es una ventaja en estos días que encuentro) Luego seleccionamos el desierto, uno mejor descrito como un sándwich de gofres crujientes (waffle hecho con masa de cerveza) con un relleno cremoso. Para ser justos lo seleccionamos como un “realmente con cerveza” pero recomendaría este postre, no se dejen llevar por los ingredientes que tiene un factor sorpresa. La otra era una casita de naranja, las dos no dudaría en tomar de nuevo. Si volvemos a Marsala, no dudaría en volver a Oscia.
