Una bella serata in famiglia e questa è la cosa buona. Per il resto sia struttura che cibo, nella media. Avevo altre aspettative.

Large quantity and good quality. It's just a shame that their famous mussel soup is only available in the evening. Maybe we need to book it for lunch, but I'm surprised it wasn't available for All Saints' Day lunch... Too bad, it will be for next time... further praise and thanks for keeping La Cucina open until 3pm and beyond, to allow us to eat freely choosing from the menu, after visiting a relative of ours who was hospitalized at the nearby Monaldi Hospital. Things that rarely happen in Neapolitan restaurants

Ristorante/pizzeria... si mangia benissimo.. sono stata con la mia famiglia ieri sera... tutto molto buono... abbiamo ordinato delle impepate di cozze buonissime... e vicino ad ogni piatto c era una salvietta imbevuta al limone per pulire le mani... poi abbiamo ordinato delle pizze Margherita... che dire... OTTIMAAA dal sapore di una volta... mi sono consolata... poi frittura di calamari... freschissimi... come dolce tiramisù squisito e molto delicato..ed una delizia al limone... caraffa di vino con le percoche.. ed acqua... complimenti ai camerieri... sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra... locale pieno ma con un servizio efficientissimo.. lo consiglio vivamente... porzioni abbondanti

Ristorante Aglio Olio E Pomodoro

29/11/2024: We stopped in for lunch just as the rain started coming down, and we were greeted by the owner, Dorian. (Yes just like Dorian Grey)! We settled in for a nice lunch, sharing some patatas bravas and steak tartare followed by a traditional Neapolitan cucine povere dish, egg cooked in tomato sauce. It was delicious, reportedly just like his Nonna made! Then we had gnocchi with pumpkin sauce and spaghetti with anchovies. All very tasty and an enjoyable diversion from the rain. And yes, Dorian looked younger when we left, see him and his cook in the photos!
25/11/2024: When we are old and grey, at the end of our life we will think of this meal. Traveling all over Italy, the food here remains our favorite. Looking forward to returning in the years ahead.
