15/02/2026: We visited Al Casolare for a birthday party with over 60 guests. The indoor dining room is bright, tidy, air-conditioned, and the tables were beautifully arranged. The outdoor space, with tables and chairs surrounded by lemon trees and fruit, was much appreciated. The large, free indoor parking was very useful. The menu included mixed appetizers with a platter of cured meats and cheeses, prosciutto crudo, mizzarella, and Italian-style fried food. The two first courses were excellent: risotto with sausage and mushrooms, and gnocchi stuffed with cacioricotta. We continued with broccoli rabe and sausage, cooked to perfection. The staff was extremely friendly and always attentive to guests' requests. A special mention goes to the young chef Guido, who prepared the dishes to perfection. Excellent value for money. We will definitely be back to try the other house specialties.
