I've been to O Chianu, right in Piazza San Giovanni, and it was a pleasant experience: the place is informal, with outdoor tables that create a decidedly welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a carefree evening. I tried the pizza and scacciuni (a typical Ragusa specialty) and I must say that the dough is among the best, crispy and light, with authentic ingredients and lots of flavor.

24/08/2025: The place is very nice. Exceptional food, made with fresh and genuine ingredients🥰 The waitress, Signora Gentillissima, explained everything to us from top to bottom😁 Congratulations for the service and the fresh, delicious food! Carbonara? Wow, dreamy and finger-licking good😋
24/08/2025: If you're looking for a quiet place near Pozzallo where you can eat well and at reasonable prices, this is the ideal place. Lunch with a full menu for €10 for meat and €13 for fish. Ideal for families.

09/09/2025: We took pizzas for take away several times, service was always great, prices were ok, pizzas were nice too, I don't see how this could be a tourist trap like other reviewers said, prices are clearly on the menu, cheapest pizza is 6 euro, nowhere near a tourist trap and i have seen a lot during the years.
07/09/2025: If you find yourself in Donnalucata I recommend it.
