Every time I stop at the Fiordaliso shopping center, my first thought goes to this café. Whether it's tea or coffee, when we feel like a quick break, this is our first stop, even before browsing the shops or doing the grocery shopping. The coffee, in particular, almost always comes out as it should: strong, flavorful, but above all, smooth. Much of the credit probably goes to the lever coffee machine, a nearly foolproof tool for producing an excellent espresso. And over the years, the staff, though ever-changing, has always proven to be extremely prompt in their service, as well as kind and extremely professional. The only flaw in the service is the cleanliness of the tables, which have often been left unattended. But that's understandable, since most of the time, the line is quite long. It's always a pleasure to stop by this café again.
