It's one of those places where you know you can pop in at the last minute, even if you have unexpected guests, and find something you can't find anywhere else. For me, it's become a go-to, especially when my brothers return to Naples or when relatives from the north visit: people who can't afford to buy certain dishes back home and who, as soon as they try them, immediately understand the difference. The staff is helpful and accustomed to customers looking for "old-fashioned" products, so there's no need for too much explanation: they know what you're asking for and how you want it. The prices are fair and in line with the quality offered.
