"Neither good nor bad"... we had the sautéed mussels, which were few and tiny, a disappointment... then the grilled sea bass, a medium-small portion, nothing exceptional. Not a good value for money.

Highly recommended restaurant! The restaurant is very large and spacious, with super friendly and helpful waiters. There were two of us, and considering we ordered an appetizer, a first course, a second course, two side dishes, and a dessert, we spent less than €30 each. The food was excellent, simple, and tasty. I highly recommend the cod and their berry tart.

An old-fashioned trattoria with traditional flavors, suitable for families and casual dining. Authentic ingredients; the walnut sauce had the flavor and consistency of homemade. Reasonable prices. Excellent crispy fried foods. The presentation or surprising innovations are lacking, but sometimes that's a good thing.

We went for dinner on Friday. There were six of us, and we had a great time. The food was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly. We returned the next evening, but since we hadn't booked, there was no room. But they were so kind that they called us as soon as a table became available. After browsing the area, we waited another 10 minutes outside, where they called us when the table was ready. At the end of the day, after a delicious meal, they even gave us a discount. I'd say the value for money was excellent! We'll definitely be back.

11/01/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant without booking. We ordered two mixed seafood appetizers, two seafood risottos, a portion of marinated mussels, and a portion of grilled squid. Everything was excellent, and the quality of the dishes was top-notch!

Albergo Ristorante Gian Maria

03/11/2025: We stayed for five nights during a Cinque Terre trek. The location was ideal for avoiding the crowds. A small supermarket across the street offered all sorts of products at reasonable prices. The room was simple, but the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious and plentiful, just like at an Italian family's home!
14/10/2025: The hotel and restaurant are quiet, elegant, clean, and welcoming... the restaurant service is top-notch, Cristina, and the two fantastic waiters are truly excellent and know their stuff perfectly... congratulations to all three of them 👍 The manager, Gian, is a character, and once you get to know him, you realize he's a perfect, attentive man. The entire team is truly kind... the kitchen staff are truly excellent, and the team goes above and beyond... the cleanliness is due to the presence of women who do their jobs admirably. The rooms for couples are of a good standard, with the essentials. I was delighted to stay here and discover this place... I'll be back with friends to explore the Cinque Terre further and appreciate this place again. Thanks to the entire team and thanks to Gian. See you next time. Best regards, Gennaro/Jean
