Nuvolari In Roma

I don't have any photos, but we ate for four people: 2 chicken cacciatore dishes (very delicious!!) and 2 carbonara dishes. Great atmosphere and service, and a total of €44, right next to the Vatican. We'll be back!!

Welcoming place and friendly staff. Unfortunately the dishes disappointed me a bit: gricia with dried artichokes, hard to chew and therefore not very pleasant to the palate. Too bad because the gricia itself was good. The cheesecake with the sponge cake bottom is not visible.

The food is great, the best i’ve tried in rome, highly recommend it! The service is very nice and the staff is welcoming. Will be coming here much more!!

Beautiful, welcoming place and impeccable service

We went to Osteria Nuvolari for dinner and the experience was overall very pleasant. The environment is nice and well-kept, with a welcoming atmosphere. We chose to eat outside: although the space between the tables was a bit limited, the environment was still pleasant. The service was smiling and friendly and always available. We highly recommend some dishes in particular: among the appetizers, the trio of courgette flowers and the crostino with burrata and anchovies stand out for their taste and freshness. Among the first courses, the bucatini all'Amatriciana and the spaghettoni alla Gricia are unmissable, both well-made and full of flavour. A place to return to enjoy Roman cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere.

Always a wonderful experience, trying the Roman delicacies of this tavern a stone's throw from the Pope. Carciofo alla giudia, porchetta di ariccia, carbonara the perfect ttis, then the friendly and professional service and it's poke. See you soon.

Siamo stati all’osteria con sconto the fork. Ambiente molto carino e piacevole, servizio accurato e sorridente. Ottimi antipasti, carciofi alla Giudia, polenta e baccalà. Buona amatriciana, gricia e ravioli. Gustoso il manzo alla picchiapó, poco condite le puntarelle unico neo del pranzo. 120€ in 7 con 30% di sconto. Ci ritorniamo

Qualche giorno fa siamo stati a passeggio al centro di roma, vicino a p.zza Navona e cercavamo un posto dove cenare. La serata era piuttosto fredda. Conosciamo la gestione perché siamo stati più volte all'altro ristorante di Borgo Pio, dove siamo stati sempre bene. Sulla serata in questione non possiamo dire nulla sul cibo. Tutto sempre buono. Ma qualcosa c'è da dire sulla gestione del servizio: 1. Ci domandano se dentro o fuori. E preferiamo dentro perché faceva freddo. 2. Ci indicano un tavolo e poi ci fanno spostare non considerando altre prenotazioni. 3. Il posto che ci propongono è vicino alla porta che era aperta e si chiediamo al cameriere se poteva essere chiusa, ci risponde prima di si poi che non può perché deve entrare un cliente e ... Alla fine rimane aperta.... Ho dovuto mettere il cappotto... Alla fine del pasto arriva il proprietario che la fine chiude la porta. 4. Qualche ritardo sul vino e sul pane che praticamente sono arrivati a fine pasto. Forse un ragazzo solo a gestire un posto così frequentato si domenica sera non è il caso.
