The atmosphere is cozy and authentic, with a warm Italian charm that makes you feel welcome the moment you step inside. The restaurant is spacious and comfortable, the lamb was tasty but the pasta carbonara lacked richness, we ate a cheesecake that instead of being made with cream cheese was made with whipped cream so although it was tasty it didn't meet expectations

After attending the Pope's Sunday mass in St. Peter's we found this place that had a table for 3 people and we ate quite well, the service wasn't very fast but it was good value for money.

Bruschetta with anchovies was tasty, the pasta average. Carbonara with truffle tasted almost entirely of salt, no taste of truffle even though there was clearly lots of truffle on the pasta. Ox tail ragu was nice. Busy at lunch. Welcome to Rome.

Un ristorante accogliente che offre una buona varietà di piatti per lo più romani. Piatti buoni e saporiti, con un servizio gentile ed efficiente. Il conto forse un poco alto.

Veldig bra. Vi bestilte Buffalo mozarella og skinke forrett og la til tomat. Det smakte utmerket. Burde kanskje vært servert med tomat uansett. Også tok vi pizza margharita med Buffalo mozzarella og den var også veldig god. Fikk en utmerket barbera vin 😋

07/10/2025: The food was delicious, and the service was very friendly. The very loud music was a distraction.
02/10/2025: A rich menu, decent service, good dishes, but a lot of mistakes... the red wine was served ice-cold and cheap (full of sulfur), a little bone in the porchetta almost made me lose a tooth, and then I'll tell you this... during payment I joked, "Was there pancetta or guanciale in the amatriciana? Because there was no trace of either." The funny thing is that the owner was so focused on the word pancetta that she didn't hear the second part of the sentence, and continued to ignore it, thinking I'd provoked her. Now maybe she has time to read it here: THE AMATRICIANA WAS PASTA WITH TOMATOES. YOU HAVE TO THROW A DOZEN STRIPS OF BACON

Ristorante Pizzeria Candido

12/11/2025: Lovely family owned restaurant! The food was delicious and freshly made. Candido and his staff made our dinner experience in Roma memorable. ¡Grazie mile!
10/11/2025: We had a great time, a small place but great hospitality. There were 11 of us, including children, who, being children, can cause a bit of chaos. The waiter and chef were very hospitable and patient. I forgot to let them know I couldn't eat cheese, so they replaced two dishes for me...no problem. Excellent food, good price. I'll definitely be back. Thank you.
