Il est rare que nous retournions plusieurs fois de suite dans un même restaurant lors d’une visite touristique. Il est rare que nous soyons toujours aussi emballés après la seconde fois….. mais là, nous y retournerons ce soir. C’est simple sans chichi, familiale même mais rien ne déçoit . Bon il est vrai que le soir le service peu être un peu plus lent, mais nous ne sommes pas ici dans un fast-food. Des entrées aux desserts tout est à un excellent niveau, au top même.charcuteries, pâtes, dessert, salades tout est fait pour que les papilles s’en souviennent. N’hésitez pas, foncez, réservations recommandées certains midi ou soirs.

Very nice place with excellent food. Recommended for traditional Roman food. Prices are very reasonable.

We preferred spaghetti with fried artichokes and tomatoes. The fried artichoke was nice, but I don't know if it was necessary, it was a little oily and not very aromatic. Tomato pasta was a pasta that could be found anywhere. We also preferred aperol as a side, but I can say that it was an average place.

A little narrow. Average. A place that catches those who escape from other, better places. See us. By the way, bad food is not allowed, but it is exactly minimum wage. There is, but it is not enough. Also, take the Roman who invented fried artichokes directly to the poles. A useless money trap.

Exceptional restaurant! We went back twice during our trip to Rome.
Everything is there: the dishes, cold meats and wine are excellent, the waiters are friendly, the terrace is pleasant in a small alley.
I highly recommend a visit to this restaurant if you are in the Vatican or in the Borgo district.

Pros:
Very large servings of the food.
Nice services from the waiter.
Cons:
€2 coperto.
Sparkling water was flat.
Red wine was either a few days old or just not a very nice wine.
Meat on the carbonara was not cooked fresh and came out very dry.

Popped in for a snack and had an amazing lunch.
Nice cold beers, and an amazing platter of cold meats that was absolutely massive ( the single wil do two people).
The place looked right, and it certainly was. Really good.

Good food, good wine, good location.
Really good restaurant. Carciofi were good and tagliere was excellent. Tripe and pasta (carciofi & guanciale, very crunchy) also excellent. Diverse wine list, good selection. Atmosphere lively and informal. Great place!
