Very welcoming staff, really good food (we ordered appetizers with cod, a soup, and a first course of the day), and a very honest price. The best restaurant of our stay in Rome. We will absolutely return if we return to the city!

Wonderful authentic Italian restaurant. We have eaten there several times. The food is fantastic and the service is polite and very quick. Highly recommended near St. Peter's Square!

A fantastic Italian restaurant with delicious, authentic food and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The pasta was perfectly cooked, the sauces full of flavor, and the service was friendly and attentive. A great spot for a cozy dinner. Highly recommended!

Wonderful dinner near Piazza Navona in a refined and welcoming environment. Nobody insists on seating you and the waiters recommended truly special dishes. Excellent

Nice tavern with excellent value for money. Fine food with generous portions. Menu inclusive of all Roman specialties but for example a nice soup menu. There is an excellent Sirah as the house wine. Kitchen open until 3.30pm and even a little beyond if desired. Very convenient for San Pietro, 5' walk.

Siamo stati all’osteria con sconto the fork. Ambiente molto carino e piacevole, servizio accurato e sorridente. Ottimi antipasti, carciofi alla Giudia, polenta e baccalà. Buona amatriciana, gricia e ravioli. Gustoso il manzo alla picchiapó, poco condite le puntarelle unico neo del pranzo. 120€ in 7 con 30% di sconto. Ci ritorniamo

Il est rare que nous retournions plusieurs fois de suite dans un même restaurant lors d’une visite touristique. Il est rare que nous soyons toujours aussi emballés après la seconde fois….. mais là, nous y retournerons ce soir. C’est simple sans chichi, familiale même mais rien ne déçoit . Bon il est vrai que le soir le service peu être un peu plus lent, mais nous ne sommes pas ici dans un fast-food. Des entrées aux desserts tout est à un excellent niveau, au top même.charcuteries, pâtes, dessert, salades tout est fait pour que les papilles s’en souviennent. N’hésitez pas, foncez, réservations recommandées certains midi ou soirs.

05/02/2025: Owned by sisters from Puglia, it’s one of the beautiful trattorias that maybe a bit out of the way but, consequently, isn’t as tourist infested and very pleasant. The cuisine is mostly Roman with a few sentimental touches from the South. The anchovies were wonderful and fresh in a home style breading. The liver and various other offals beautifully cooked and hearty. The Pajata was amazing, look it up and don’t faint. The pasta with squid was simple and fresh, perhaps the only dish that didn’t impress. The homemade cake with figs was a beautiful ending. We had a bottle of local wine to go with the meal but you will certainly find a more recognizable bottle to your liking. A simple but beautiful restaurant, we like to visit most times we are in Rome.
