A very friendly welcome, we were shown around the hotel, and everything was explained. At first glance, we didn't think the hotel's location was that great – more like it was at the end of the world – but you have to go up to the roof terrace first! A fantastically beautiful area! And the beautiful hotel park! The entire building is tastefully decorated, everything is clean and bright. We even had two windows in the bathroom, and the toilet also had a large window. Our room was really large, with a spacious entrance area with a coat rack, shelves, and a longer corridor to the room itself. However, the wardrobe could have been larger or different; there were no additional shelves, just rods for hanging things. The wellness area is very nice, and the newly opened Sky Spa is truly a success. As in any hotel – if everyone didn't reserve a lounger unnecessarily, there would be enough space for everyone. But don't get upset. The dining room is well laid out; we were lucky and were in a very small, separate area, so it was quiet and relaxing while eating. The food itself – The selection of salads/antipasti could be a bit more extensive; in some cases, the salad bowls were almost empty shortly after 7 p.m. But we certainly didn't go hungry :-) We really enjoyed the food. We found the staff to be very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I mean all areas, not just the restaurant. All in all, we spent a wonderful Easter holiday here. We can recommend the hotel with a clear conscience and are sure we will return.

Spectacular hotel immersed in a unique and unforgettable landscape! We stayed two days as a couple. The welcome was warm and impeccable, they offered us two welcome drinks. Once you enter the suite is fantastic, with a balcony overlooking the landscape. We took advantage of the SPA, a very clean and relaxing environment. The beauty services live up to expectations and allow moments of relaxation and peace. Upon departure they surprised us by presenting us with an unexpected gift. In short, a super experience! We will definitely be back to be pampered again!

I spent a wonderful day at this Resort😍. Easy to reach, excellent location in Lana. The garden is beautiful with the swimming pools with deckchairs, the very nice saunas but the most beautiful thing is the panoramic swimming pool with the view of the mountains... a spectacle. The staff at both the reception and the spa were very friendly. Fair price being a resort that is part of Belvita! I will certainly return. Thank you❤️

My husband and I visited here in April this year as a day spa because we were very satisfied last year. However, prices have increased quite a bit (from €70 to €85 per person). This year we were also satisfied with the spa area (great cleanliness, order and offerings) and the buffet lunch, but not with the bar lounge area. Last year, a professional and very friendly bartender was always available who mixed great cocktails for us. This year it was said in the morning that the bartender wouldn't be there until 2:30 p.m. There are no time restrictions on the long drinks menu, which consists of 85% cocktails. A little disappointed, we then decided to treat ourselves to a cocktail after the day spa to end the day on a really great note. Unfortunately, this wish was not fulfilled. At around 5:45 p.m., after waiting for 10 minutes, a lady came to take the order. This time too it was said that the bartender was at dinner and wouldn't be back for 20 minutes, but she could prepare Hugo, Aperol and the like. Neither of us was happy to be disappointed twice on the same day; no one showed any interest in our wish. The lady then probably complained about us to her work colleagues because she whispered, which we didn't find professional or pleasant either. After almost half an hour of waiting and without any effort from the staff, we got up and left. It might sound exaggerated to deduct 2 stars from the rating because of something like this. But we weren't able to fully enjoy the day we paid for. We love drinking cocktails and don't get the chance to drink them often and have been craving one for a long time. I can prepare a Hugo myself or order it in the bar in the village. I also think that service like this should not be missing in a luxury resort like this, with a bar like this. Otherwise, I would advise the owners to limit the drinks menu to coffee and fruit juice. If we come back next year, I hope that this review has been read and improvements have been made.
