Wonderful hotel! This was our third time spending New Year's Eve here – 7 nights of absolute relaxation. Super friendly team. Fantastic cuisine. Perfect service. We feel very comfortable and in excellent hands. Thank you for the wonderful time. Highly recommended.

We spent a wellness weekend at the Alpiana. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the spa area, which is truly beautiful. The saunas are fantastic, the infusions were always a wonderful experience, and the view is breathtaking. One minor criticism: the rooftop pool was a bit too cold for our liking, so we couldn't stay in it for very long. A few degrees warmer would have made it much more pleasant. Unfortunately, we were less impressed with the vegan options. The hotel heavily promotes itself as vegan-friendly and claims to offer many vegan alternatives. However, our experience only partially confirmed this. The main courses at dinner, in particular, seemed somewhat unimaginative on both evenings – mostly vegetables, very little protein, and generally lacking in variety. There's so much more potential here, especially since vegan cuisine can be so creative. There wasn't even a vegan option for the afternoon cake, which we found disappointing considering the website's presentation. It's a bit misleading. All in all, the stay was very enjoyable, especially thanks to the superb spa area. However, we see room for improvement when it comes to vegan food.

I challenge anyone to find a flaw. If by flaw we mean a small mix-up. No, not even that.

A dream weekend with all services included. If you're looking for a romantic and intimate getaway and complete pampering, Alpiana is undoubtedly the place for you! The dream spa, meticulously maintained, elegant and refined, connects you to the natural surroundings with breathtaking views. The staff is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and available for every request; and then there's the gourmet dinner, with a wide selection of dishes and impeccable attention to detail, showcasing typical South Tyrolean flavors. The breakfast was AMAZING, with a wide variety of fresh sweet and savory products. Without a doubt, one of the best experiences we've had! 🌟

A magical experience at this resort surrounded by greenery and snow-capped mountains, making everything feel like a fairytale. What can I say? The resort is meticulously cared for down to the smallest details. The staff is always delightful and attentive, and the gourmet cuisine is a dream. Sauna, Turkish bath, and many pools... although the most spectacular is the one on the rooftop, a true dream! Congratulations!

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Alpiana! The friendly staff made our visit unforgettable – always helpful and attentive. The dinners were a culinary highlight, especially the delicious South Tyrolean dishes and the excellent fish buffet. The pasta night was also a real treat, offering a delightful variety. I highly recommend this hotel!

We spent a wonderful weekend at this hotel. To our surprise, upon arrival, they upgraded us to a room better than the one we had booked at no extra cost, and even offered us a welcome drink. The customer service is excellent, and the food was excellent, both for dinner and breakfast. The spa was well-equipped with several pools and saunas, both indoor and outdoor. Upon checkout, we were given a much-appreciated farewell gift. We will definitely be back, highly recommended!

A fantastic family-run hotel in a prime mountain location. You can't help but feel at home there! The region offers beautiful routes for walks and short hikes – perfect for relaxing afterwards in the hotel's sauna area. The hotel boasts excellent cuisine; dinner and breakfast were simply superb. A wonderful and generous selection of dishes. The service was very warm and attentive. The fitness area is equipped with everything you need – mountain views included. There's also a tennis court. Overall, the stay was truly relaxing and enjoyable! Thank you, and see you soon! 🙂
