This is a restaurant without table service: they hand you a tray of food, and you carry it to your table yourself, setting it with glasses and silverware. The food is already prepared, displayed in the counter, ready to be reheated. You pay when you order, not at the end of the meal. The staff doesn't understand Italian, so you have to point to the food you choose in the display, without knowing what it is. Rice isn't on display. Confident I'd be understood, I ordered rice with shrimp, but they gave me Cantonese rice. I avoided telling them that wasn't what I'd asked for, because they wouldn't have understood anyway...

The staff were very welcoming, the food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable.
