I had dinner at the new ranch for the first time and I was very satisfied and surprised by the very nice environment and the staff, professional but at the same time kind and helpful. We ate an entrée of ricotta and wild herbs, then pork ribs, pasticcio and cacio e pepe. It was all really good and served with class. In my opinion, this place wins over all the others for value for money. To finish I tasted their truly good and aromatic carob liqueur. Absolutely recommended for dining and eating well. Remember to book because otherwise you won't find a place.

A restaurant that we have frequented for many years and it is always a certainty. The menu is truly seasonal (not like other restaurants that say so but don't do it). Honest prices. Impossible to spend more than 14 euros for a first course. High quality raw materials and dishes prepared and presented with imagination. Sunday evening beautiful evening for my mother's birthday. Great company, great dinner and nice atmosphere. The aperitif in the garden was amazing: a corner of paradise. Well done... As always!

Unbedingt reservieren, gemütliches Restaurant mit Holztischen und schönem Garten. Nette Chefin, nettes Personal und sehr gute Küche! Wir hatten geräuchertes Carpaccio als Vorspeise, dann Paccheri mit Lammragu, Rinderfilet vom Grill mit Erbsen und Pancetta und Rinderfilet in Pfeffer Sauce mit Spinat, die Pfeffer Sauce war ausgezeichnet! Dazu eine gute Flasche Rotwein Riserva, was braucht man mehr?!

Rieccoci qua io e mia moglie siamo passati per puro caso davanti al nuovo ranch,così abbiamo deciso di fermarci, e scelta non poteva essere più giusta , locale sempre caratteristico, e sempre molto accogliente, personale super professionale e sempre con il sorriso, tutto ottimo dai primi piatti hai secondi senza poi contare i dolci fantastici, fatti in casa.
Cosa possiamo dire chi si trova a passare di qua farebbe un grande errore a non fermai a mangiare.
Lo consigliamo vivamente a tutti
