Immersed in the beauty of Tuscany, this restaurant offers an authentic local cuisine experience. The staff, friendly and quick, served us genuine and tasty dishes: very high quality wild boar, followed by a simply delicious fried polenta with porcini mushrooms. A perfect place for those looking for authentic flavors in a relaxing environment surrounded by greenery.
They are so kind that, as it was the birthday of a friend of ours, they surprisingly introduced the happy birthday song with a candle on the cake. What can I say, impeccable service!

Nice place on the hill just outside Florence but the food is average and doesn't leave its mark. Even the grilled meat, rosticciana chicken steak, which should be the strong point, left me perplexed with less than optimal cooking and served cold, perhaps it remained a little in the kitchen before being served.

I love this place, great for escaping the city and finding a welcoming, village atmosphere (but also almost mountain-like, the interiors are reminiscent of a mountain hut and in winter they light a delightful fireplace). The service is not excellent, but that's the beauty of it, with their simplicity and practicality it almost feels like being at home. Good quality/price, I love fried polenta with mushrooms. I don't have photos because I enjoy every single moment when I'm there, I relax and disconnect from technologies completely.

Historic restaurant in Bagno a Ripoli, reachable in 15/20 minutes by car from Florence, it offers a beautiful location surrounded by greenery and a 90s style of cuisine. Very kind but not very precise service, as a starter we tried the polenta with mushrooms and the platter with crostini, both of average quality with the polenta really too greasy. Average first courses even if the wild boar sauce is "poor". Tasty grilled second courses. We saw many tables with pizza which is probably the main dish.
Fair price.

Si sta bene, al fresco, mangi al aperto, personale gentile, bistecca buona, però i prezzi come dappertutto li ho trovati un po lievitati, antipasto bistecca vino dolce 100 euro....ogni tanto si può fare ma non è economico

Cena in famiglia, più di 1 ora di attesa per i primi, per cenare un tempo totale di 2 ore e mezza, ed il locale non era proprio strapieno. Sapore delle pietanze estremamente piatto... senza infamia e senza lode. Unico piatto degno di nota sono stati i funghi porcini fritti. Peccato
