Located above the hills of Bagno a Ripoli in a very beautiful and fresh area, beautiful surroundings and friendly staff, the food was all very good with the exception of the dessert, unfortunately, the Catalan cream we took had been put back in the oven before being served and the result was anything but good...otherwise a place to definitely return

Have been staying at the Torre a Cona wine estate and wanted to eat out locally. Found this restaurant on TripAdvisor and although there were no recent reviews we wanted to give it a go. We weren’t disappointed the food was excellent! The menu is very extensive and I could have eaten my way through it all quite happily but settled for a mushroom pasta starter and fritto misto main with spinach. My husband opted for a mushroom crostini and pizza for main. All the food was delicious. Very busy restaurant, full of locals which I love. Thoroughly recommend if you’re in the area, a hire car is a must as it’s a little off the main road.

Enchanting location with stone walls, the service of the good waiter, precise and attentive, always the food, from the starter to the dessert, all very good and not too spicy, just right.

20/06/2024: We came to watch football during the European Championships. As the only guests, we wanted a place in front of the TV. We were the first. We didn't want to eat anything, just drink. We were then asked to sit at the other end of the terrace - where, mind you, there was no view of the TV. We asked for some understanding, which we did not receive. So we were forced to order something to eat so that we could continue to sit at this place. The waitress couldn't help this rule, she was also very friendly, but since the restaurant remained almost empty except for two other guests, it was completely incomprehensible. Very unfortunate.
13/06/2024: Good food, very nice deserts! Very nice place. Good experience. We have eat home made pasta and a salade. Very nice, but not the best ever.
