The best local restaurant I've been to in eastern Sicily. Delicious fresh food, the best Pasta di mandorla cookies 🤩, great service. I highly recommend it 👌

The authentic trattoria of yesteryear, inside a bar. Trattorias are no more. Where you used to eat good food at fair prices. Today, you either get expensive quality or cheap incompetence. Instead, this "Not just a bar" hides the good trattoria of yesteryear at fair prices. But don't let it get to your head... 😉 Keep it up!

31/12/2025: Dinner with friends, we enjoyed some good pizzas with very digestible dough, the staff was kind.
29/12/2025: Good pizza, quiet atmosphere, and good pizza. I highly recommend this pizzeria, with very large, well-topped pizzas. It's a shame, though, that the website only shows photos/descriptions of burgers that aren't actually on the menu. So, if you're looking for something else, be careful. Reservations are convenient via WhatsApp. If you have small children, it's best to let them know in advance, or you might not find anything for them to eat. In conclusion, it's good... but please update your information on the website!

03/03/2026: Nestled against Mount Etna, facing a farm estate with unparalleled ocean views, sipping hot coffee while watching the sunrise evokes a profound sense of happiness.
28/02/2026: A beautiful wine chalet at the foot of Mount Etna. Perfectly located for trips to southern Sicily. The family who runs it and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. A highlight for me was that Pope John Paul II was also here in 1990 and praised the wine and the family. I will definitely come back – a wonderful place to relax and enjoy myself.
