Tourist-oriented restaurant. Food was way too salty. Didn't try anything but the squid ink pasta and the spaghetti with meatballs and both were nothing to write home about. The paired prosecco was very dry and tasteless. There was one waitress who not happy our 5 tour group of 50 each kept getting in her way - I guess she doesn't our business? The men's toilet is oddly not next to the women's.

Next door to our hotel. Friendly attentive staff. High quality service and very good food. Wine and food at very reasonable prices. Staff are great and do not rush you to get out after eating. They even gave us limoncello and cookies after meal for free - nice touch. They also do not charge a service fee like others around Venice.

21/07/2024: Nice large room with tables and chairs to sit on. Good service, very good pastries and croissants. I recommend the generous sandwiches
18/07/2024: A rather recent reality in Piazza Carpenedo. But the staff is too hasty, often distracted. And the prices are too high. The material is quite good.

14/08/2024: Delicious dishes in honest portions, pleasant staff. We were also given a discount at the checkout.
01/08/2024: Food flavor was fine but 5 euros for a small water and portion sizes were TINY yet same prices as typical Chinese restaurant that serve 3 times larger portions. Service was very fast and everyone was nice but 2 mosquitos inside restaurant hovering around us entire time
