Managing 50 people simultaneously is a challenge many restaurants wouldn't be able to meet. At Squarciarelli, however, the experienced and extremely helpful staff served everyone with commendable efficiency and courtesy. The speed of service was remarkable, considering the large number of guests: there were no excessive waits, and the dishes arrived hot and perfect. The extremely kind owners were always present in the dining room, ensuring that everything was running smoothly and chatting with guests, creating an incredibly warm and family-like atmosphere. The Cuisine: Everything "Homemade," From Pasta to Desserts The quality of the food is what remains etched in the heart and palate. Here, authenticity reigns supreme: · Homemade Products: As rightly suggested, the supply chain is extremely short. From pasta to desserts, everything is strictly homemade. The tonnarelli and fettuccine have that unique, rustic texture that only artisanal workmanship can provide. · The Sublime Porchetta: This deserves an honorable mention. The porchetta served was a true revelation: crispy on the outside, soft and fragrant on the inside, with a balance of flavors that makes it absolutely sublime.
