Beautiful place, more than efficient service from very friendly staff, especially the waiters Oliviero, Marco, and Vittorio. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend it if you're in the Trieste area.

11/11/2025: You must book in order to get a table most nights. Food delicious and genuinely cooked to order, so allow time to enjoy. Only a very small place, limited tables.
10/11/2025: I didn't make a reservation, but there was still a table available when I arrived at 7 o'clock. I had three dishes: pistachio pasta, fish roe pasta, and apple sea bass. They were all delicious, but the apple sea bass was especially delicious with its refreshing balsamic and apple flavors, and the pistachio pasta was also really good. The fish roe pasta was tasty, but a bit too salty. It was my last dinner in Rome, and I absolutely loved it. Since it's a restaurant run by Matpia, there were a lot of Koreans there! Thanks to him, I had a great meal. It's a bit far from Rome's tourist attractions, but it's worth the trip!
