NRestaurant Novotel Milano Linate In Milano

I had a good stay. The breakfast was nice and could’ve had even more options if it was up to me, meaning beverage wise and food wise since the hotel accommodated quite a few guests. But there were enough tables for everyone regardless of whether one was by oneself or with others. I had a decent view from my room and I liked how my room was located on the fourth floor since I got a better view than from the ground or first floor, for instance. My room had a TV, a couch, a chair and desk, a private shower and sink as well as a queen-sized bed. The only unfortunate thing I experienced was that I had paid for the room in advance via Booking.com but then the hotel receptionist charged me again for the room due to an error in their system. The following day, I went back to the hotel reception and was thankfully granted a refund for what I had paid the previous day and I received my refund on my bank account about 4 days later. Finally, the hotel is located quite close to the airport and there is a bus that takes you straight there or you can take the tram for a few stops and then transfer to the metro. The city centre is about half an hour away by tram but the time flies by pretty quickly and you get to see other parts of Milan other than the city by taking the tram to downtown, which is quite nice.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Kudos to Gennaro and Vincenzo at the restaurant for their hospitality and helpfulness.

The common areas are nice. The rooms are standard for Europe. The bed was way too firm for me such that I had hip pain the next day. The staff is friendly, however they do not seem to have enough communication happening. We booked the 6pm airport shuttle and waited by the car. At 6:25 we asked about it and then the driver appeared at 6:33. The location was good for the Olympic hockey arena but otherwise it is far outside the city. There is a tram stop close but it takes 45min to get to the city center. There are not a lot of shops or restaurants nearby. I would stay somewhere else even if I wanted to be close to linate.

Very friendly staff. Good food. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. The room was also very nice. We stayed here during the Winter Olympics. Conveniently located for the Arena Santa Giulia.

I chose it because it was close to Linate Airport and the price was reasonable. It was near the ice hockey stadium, so many people came to watch the Olympic games. It was also close to the tram station, so it was convenient to get around. Be careful with the bidet towel, it's not a handkerchief;;;

Nice hotel, great food at the restaurant. Rooms are nice but the bathroom could use a refresh. Still nice enough though. Would stay here again once prices stabilize after the Olympics. Front desk staff were very helpful with our inquiries. Restaurant staff are very friendly and provide very good service. Easy to access from Linate airport. Their airport shuttle was not operating during the Olympics so we hopped on the M4 metro line then Tram 27. Short walk to hotel. Far from city centre but Tram 27 will take you to the Duomo in about 30 minutes.

Every year with my company, we hold an event here and I must say that this year the experience was even more positive thanks to the presence of two very important figures Vincenzo and Gennaro, in addition to their professionalism, they added that extra value which is pampering the customer.

I had dinner at the hotel for work. The menu offers a wide selection for vegetarians and vegans, which isn't a given. The dishes I ordered were good. The wait between courses was a bit long, but that was made up for by the kindness of the staff, especially the very friendly waiter Gennaro. I recommend it.
