Nozomi In Milano

I just finished eating the best ramen I've ever had. Two of us came, we both agreed that what we just ate is the best of the ones we've been to in Milan, it's just on another level, it has nothing to do with the others. Of course the cost is slightly higher than the others but it is absolutely worth it. IF YOU LIVE IN MILAN IT MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE TO EAT OTHER RAMEN OUTSIDE THIS ONE Courteous waiters and service at the right time.

Excellent place for a good ramen also served in a cold version, without broth, in summer. The gyoza are also good, all accompanied with a good Japanese beer. There are also some outdoor seats in a fairly quiet street

Lust, not a lustful lunch, a slap-up lustful dish. The parking found exactly outside the restaurant is also a double lust. Top service but slow, everyone is kind so ok. How good, how good.

My review is not needed, because this place is suggested by Gambero Rosso as one of those restaurants that show you that Japanese cuisine is not just raw fish. The only thing I didn't like was the staff's poor ability to communicate in Italian, because I would have wanted explanations about what I was ordering. I'll be back.

You cannot imagine the pleasure of entering this restaurant and finding one of the most professional and welcoming couples of Japanese cuisine here in Milan as managers. Delicious food. What we paid, really good for what we ate. A slightly more characterful environment would be the icing on the cake.

La proprietaria gentilissima si fa in quattro per accontentare i clienti. Nonostante non l'avessimo prenotato e non fosse previsto a ora di pranzo, ci ha comunque preparato lo Shabu Shabu, ed è stata gentilissima nello spiegarci come mangiarlo. Era anche disposta a cucinarlo lei lì al tavolo, ma abbiamo spiegato che già lo conoscevamo. Peraltro, lo consiglio caldamente come piatto per chi vuole provare qualcosa di sfizioso della cucina giapponese, al di là del sushi. Anche il Tonkatsu di mia figlia era praticamente perfetto, con tanto di introvabile senape giapponese. Peccato solo la scelta limitata di sakè, e il fatto che l'unica giapponese presente sia la proprietaria e il resto del servizio sia affidato a persone di altre nazionalità. In ogni caso lo consiglio caldamente.

Ottima la potato salad, come quella mangiata a Tokyo. Non impeccabile l'hossomaki che si apre appena lo sfiori e rivedibile il ramen: i noodles poco saporiti ed il maiale troppo grasso, tuttavia gustoso il brodo. Location gradevole e personale rapido e cortese. Prezzi adeguati.
