Novotel In Torino

A positive experience, with extremely friendly staff. I would have given it a 10, but the paid parking is a negative for a 4-star property, even if it's not a huge amount for a full day. Excellent, well-stocked breakfast.

The hotel is aging, with 1980s decor, and deserves a good renovation.

Convenient parking, but we're far from the city center, almost in the middle of nowhere. The staff is distracted and probably unaccustomed to large crowds. The conference room is dark and very hot.

I had a fantastic stay at Novotel Torino. The room was comfortable, the atmosphere welcoming, and the breakfast was absolutely excellent — a perfect start to each day. I spent a night at the Novotel Totino with my family and it was a truly pleasant experience. The reception staff were welcoming and efficient, which immediately put us at ease. The room was clean, spacious, and well soundproofed, with a very comfortable bed that allowed for a truly restful sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the toiletries and the modern decor. The breakfast was varied and of good quality, with enough choice to satisfy all tastes. Overall, the service was professional and the staff were always available. A restful night in a comfortable setting—I highly recommend it.

Older hotel which has some wear and tear. Great proximity to the highway but very far away from the city center or any convenient dining spot

Sergiu was a great help and provided excellent conversation and feedback. Destiny was also very helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and very clean, with plenty of amenities and forthcoming services. Quite a pleasant experience. 👍🏻

Excellent location and both internal and external parking.

At the end of the A4 and A5 motorways, at the northern gate of Turin, the hotel is perfect if you are looking for a base during a trip. The centre of Turin can be reached by car in 10 minutes, or in 20 minutes with the GTT trams. Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, pillows too soft.
