Novotel In Torino

I found myself delighted by the location of the hotel as well as the magnificent service that was provided, especially the waiter “Destiny” for his great availability.

In this very high-end hotel, there is a waiter who deserves all my compliments for his services, his kindness, his good manners and his availability. Her name is Destiny, and just from the name you can understand how magnificent this person is. Personally, I would go back just for this very good waiter. Truly beautiful experience.

4 star hotel, in a good location near the motorway exit. Two shopping centers nearby. The hotel has free outdoor or indoor parking, both covered and uncovered, at a cost of €8/day. The rooms are really too hot, we had a really bad time sleeping, the windows had a padlocked hook that didn't allow them to be opened completely (very strange). We used the restaurant, it was uncommentably bad, its spaghetti with clams that only tasted of oil, we reported it and fortunately we didn't pay for it, in a 4 star hotel given the cost of €18 per dish I expect a service, I won't say excellent but GOOD from every point of view, we had to order with deliveroo. In itself the hotel is suitable for a few overnight stays, but no more...

We stayed in the property on the occasion of a school trip as we were accompanying our disabled son. The hotel was comfortable and very clean. We would like to point out the courtesy and availability of the staff, in particular the receptionist Arianna. Thanks to everyone for the pleasant stay.

Personally, nothing to complain about. Well maintained facility and very spacious room. Staff at reception very courteous and professional. Everything well maintained and functional. Regarding the location, it is obviously functional for a certain type of guest and perhaps much less so for others but overall it is very close to both public transport and the motorway so it can satisfy anyone. The only note is that the rooms are not very soundproofed, on the contrary... But it doesn't change the overall opinion
