A wonderful experience!!! Attracted by the modern osteria concept, we opted for a tasting menu that includes an entrée, appetizer, first course, and dessert. We started off really well, with a truly delicious truffle arancini. The mixed appetizers featured quality ingredients, from Fassona beef tartare served on a crispy Black Angus foil, to some truly high-quality ricotta. The first courses, although beautifully presented, were much more visually appealing than palatable; overall, they were still of high quality. We finished with a mini mixed pastry, which made the meal a pleasant end. The atmosphere is very refined. It's a shame the loud live music made communication difficult among diners and the staff. The price was commensurate with the experience. I recommend going for a pleasant Sunday outing with friends.

I went to this restaurant for lunch last Sunday on the recommendation of friends, and I have to say they were right 😀. The atmosphere was intimate, quiet, and very charming. The staff was extremely kind and attentive to our every need, and the food was truly delicious. We chose a full tasting menu with surprise dishes chosen by the chef, and they didn't disappoint at all 😋. Excellent value for money. We'll definitely be back, especially since it's close to our house, which doesn't hurt. Well done, keep it up 😘

A tasteful experience. A very quiet and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for those seeking peace and quiet. The waiters welcome you with kindness and courtesy. The set menus (of various prices) or individual courses are a true explosion of flavors. It's a place for many, but not for everyone; for example, it's not suitable for those seeking large portions. It's a place for those who want to try sophisticated dishes and therefore also want to spend a little more, but it's worth it.

Nice place, with touches of gentle elegance in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant is small, with just a few tables, and offers excellent products in a beautiful small town (Bitetto), close to Bari. Overall, the food was good, with a pinch of innovation applied to traditional and tasty dishes. The service was good, although a bit cold. What felt too high, compared to what we were served, was the price: starters for two, one first course (handmade fusilloni with black truffle and sausage), one main course (pork fillet with roasted potatoes), one dessert to share, and one bottle of red wine for more than €65 per person. In my opinion, this is a bit excessive for a place that, although “modern,” is still essentially a trattoria. That said, it was a good experience and might be worth repeating.

The interior decor is very elegant and at the same time has typical Apulian touches. Service, despite it being a Saturday, was very prompt. The quality of the food, considering the price, is excellent. The presentation of the dishes is commendable. I ordered a small appetizer, a first course, and a selection of desserts. Everything was accompanied, first, by a very interesting entree that was more appealing than an appetizer. Conclusion: recommended for both families and more formal gatherings.
