17/01/2026: A charming place that becomes a fairytale when immersed in snow, but the surrounding lighting could be more thoughtful to add a festive touch. The staff is very helpful but suffers (like many places) from a lack of generational change. The cuisine is surprisingly good, with both the presentation and the ingredients. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and warm, but WiFi isn't always available. The location is fantastic, as in the presence of natural snow, you can ski to and from the refuge, but for this very reason, you're forced to walk 100 meters from the parking lot to the facility, so be careful in snowy conditions!
"Negative" notes: The road leading to the parking lot and the parking lot itself could be cleared of snow and ice, and the windows should be inspected for mold. Ultimately, it's a very charming and welcoming place, for those who can afford it, an oasis of peaceful silence and relaxation, suitable for families and couples alike.
12/01/2026: We stayed for a weekend in this truly enchanting refuge, in a connecting double room with a jacuzzi. The location is enchanting, close to the lake, which can be reached via a slope. There are plenty of places nearby to sled with the kids. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The food was excellent, everything was delicious! The staff was friendly and helpful. If I could just make one comment, especially for those coming with children, they would renovate the board games area, as most of them were broken or incomplete. And since it gets dark early in the winter, some entertainment is welcome. Overall, everything was perfect.
