It's an experience that transcends the Michelin star, more than deserved. Chef Stefano Ciotti has succeeded in leaving a mark that is guaranteed by the staff, led by Ion Chelici. It's not just about the food, quality, and creativity, but also about the serene and welcoming atmosphere, elegance, smiles, aromas, and time dedicated to savoring the ingenuity of the cuisine.

The service is impeccable, attentive, and meticulously catered to every need. The location, overlooking the sea, is breathtaking, all contributing to a fantastic experience. The cuisine is refined and highly innovative, and evokes a multitude of sensory experiences.

What can I say? A wonderful experience. Chef Stefano Ciotti is a very friendly and pleasant person, and above all, very talented. We chose two tasting menus and were extremely satisfied. The service was impeccable; the staff are very talented and knowledgeable, explaining the history of each dish for each course. I recommend you go; entering a Michelin-starred restaurant is an experience in itself, and here you're also right on the seafront!

Today we went to this fantastic place. We chose two tasting menus (A Day at the Beach). Everything was truly delicious, and you could taste the quality of the ingredients. The staff welcomed us warmly as soon as we walked in, and it was a pleasure to listen to their explanations of each course. We'll definitely be back!

Excellent dinner at Nostrano, the Michelin-starred restaurant in Pesaro. We went à la carte and everything was perfect. Loved the stuffed pappardelle, our favorite dish. Great welcome amuse-bouche and outstanding bread. Attentive service, very good wine selection, and surprisingly reasonable prices for the quality. A must-visit for dinner in Pesaro. Highly recommended!

Stefano Ciotti's cuisine never disappoints. I dined at his restaurant on Easter, a special day, with a menu dedicated to the occasion. The dishes, though festive in nature, retained the signature elements of the chef's culinary vision: recognizable and traditional elements, combined in sophisticated combinations that enhance rather than distort the flavor. It has rightly climbed my personal ranking among the restaurants where I've most enjoyed the culinary journey. The wine list is extensive, with many Italian and international labels. The service is kind and friendly (without being intrusive), the tables are well spaced, and it has an enviable location on the Pesaro seafront. Parking can be difficult if you arrive by car, but there are secure parking lots a few hundred meters away. Prices are in line with the type of restaurant.

We couldn't have asked for anything better from a seaside lunch. The food was top-notch, with dishes that truly wowed us, and the service was wonderful, pampering us with every possible attention. Everything was truly perfect, and everyone was excellent.

An unforgettable lunch with a fantastic tasting menu created by Chef Ciotti, along with wines from the Marche and international regions. The food, wine, and location were all incredible. Highly recommended.
