Menù degustazione che ricorda il mare in ogni sua forma e odore. E le bevande naturali abbinate ( oltre ai calici di vino) sono molto innovative. Ottimo tutto! Complimenti
Welcoming and well-kept location. Relaxing atmosphere. Attentive, friendly, highly qualified service. We are greeted with a fantastic welcome including, unforgettable, Tomato au gratin in the 21st century. We choose a la carte. Exquisite appetizers: courgette flower in tempura and cuttlefish in the wind. The first courses are a riot of flavors and aromas: pappardelle stuffed with cheese and pepper, calamari, clams and courgettes and a fantastic underground Spaghetto Mancini. We accompany dinner with a French rosé wine.
We close with desserts: try the Pesaro rose and the apricot, rosemary and almond Babà. We are pampered with the small pastries served in a scenographic way paying homage to Maestro Rossini. Chef Stefano Ciotti passes between the tables and stops to chat amiably with the guests.
