I had lunch in this restaurant with my family a few days ago, located on the Pesaro seafront near the Pomodoro artist's sphere. We are accompanied to the table by the maitre d', we are brought the well-stocked wine list which contains many labels, we choose the 8-course menu, the dish that I remember with pleasure was the red mullet buttons, fois gras and black pepper. A little place that could aspire to the second ⭐️ Greetings

Experience 🔝: Professionalism made of original and refined dishes, accompanied by refined and delicious drinks. All in all, an honest and reasonable price... recommended 😉!

Superb service, attentive and friendly. The ambiance in the evening could be improved with some warmer lighting and design. We chose the tasting menu with wine pairing. The food was good but didn’t have a ‘wow’ effect

Excelente servicio, atento y amable. El ambiente por la noche podría mejorarse con algo de iluminación y diseño más cálido. Elegimos el menú degustación con maridaje de vinos. La comida era buena pero no tenía un efecto ‘wow’

La stella ampiamente meritata! La cura del servizio, le proposte studiate dallo chef, il patron Stefano Ciotti fanno sì che il pranzo o la cena siano viaggi nei ricordi e nel gusto ritrovato della tradizione marchigiana. Menù degustazione che ricorda il mare in ogni sua forma e odore. E le bevande naturali abbinate ( oltre ai calici di vino) sono molto innovative. Ottimo tutto! Complimenti

Firstly, the photo being depicted of the decor is old. The new decor in my opinion is far superior and more in tone to a fine dining restaurant. Is Nostrano Michelin worthy? I think so. Ambience friendly, staff knowledgeable and courteous, food was fun, inventive, and most importantly very palatable. Maybe I would’ve liked to have seen/sampled dishes that had more prime ingredients, but I suppose a good chef is one that makes great dishes out of ordinary ingredients, so well done. Look forward to returning next time in the vicinity. Oh, and if the staff/chef read this - that lamb reduction was something else 👍

Welcoming and well-kept location. Relaxing atmosphere. Attentive, friendly, highly qualified service. We are greeted with a fantastic welcome including, unforgettable, Tomato au gratin in the 21st century. We choose a la carte. Exquisite appetizers: courgette flower in tempura and cuttlefish in the wind. The first courses are a riot of flavors and aromas: pappardelle stuffed with cheese and pepper, calamari, clams and courgettes and a fantastic underground Spaghetto Mancini. We accompany dinner with a French rosé wine. We close with desserts: try the Pesaro rose and the apricot, rosemary and almond Babà. We are pampered with the small pastries served in a scenographic way paying homage to Maestro Rossini. Chef Stefano Ciotti passes between the tables and stops to chat amiably with the guests. A wonderful evening! Excellent value for money. Experience to relive
