Nostrano In Pizzo

We enjoyed our Friday night dinner here. Great drinks, antipasto, pasta and swordfish. The atmosphere was really happy with lots of people celebrating. The service was really friendly which made us feel very welcome.

Excellent food. Large dishes, very good prices. Pasta was delicious, as were the main courses we tried. The only flaw that should not be underestimated is the chaotic service, without method, the girls and the gentleman in the dining room went back and forth to the kitchen without ever taking away a dirty plate from the tables that had finished their food. Waits were so long that we heard more than one table next to us cancel the next course. No one asks for a coffee, a bitter, a dessert... What a shame because it would be enough to have one more waiter who would look after the tables a little more, perhaps even selling more things that they leave out due to a messy service. It's a shame because they are good at cooking, but you go to a restaurant to eat but also to be pampered and here they don't know how to do it. They shout in the dining room, second courses arrive and you still have a dirty plate. They put your plate down but you don't have the cutlery to eat with, in short, they should understand how to give good service. I hope they can do it because it really is a shame like this.

Friendly and helpful staff. We were there both on Saturday and Friday and even though there were more people they were quick. Excellent fried food by the meter. Very good pizza. Excellent fish first courses. Worth the price. We ate outside, really pleasant.

Wonderful place, we ate very well. In addition to the food which is all spectacular and very fresh, we were served by Franco, a special person, very professional, attentive to all the details, he doesn't let you miss anything, A FRIEND in the truest sense of the word. Compliments to all the staff. We will be back very soon. It's not a threat 🤣🤣🤣 AND A PROMISE.

Siamo stati a pranzo al ristorante Il Nostrano, in una piacevole posizione sul lungomare. Il locale è arredato con gusto soprattutto all' esterno dove domina il bianco. Ho apprezzato molto l’antipasto misto con assaggi vari e la pepata di cozze, davvero saporita (avrei messo qualche crostino in più). Le linguine ai frutti di mare, invece, mi hanno convinto meno: troppo condite per i miei gusti, e un po’ invadenti rispetto al sapore del pesce. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile anche abbiamo dovuto chiedere più volte di portare l'acqua però il locale era pieno e l'attesa è giustificata. Si può scegliere se mangiare all’interno o all’esterno, cosa sempre gradita. Nel complesso, un buon pranzo.

We had lunch at the Il Nostrano restaurant, in a pleasant location on the seafront. The restaurant is tastefully furnished, especially outside where white dominates. I really enjoyed the mixed appetizer with various tastings and the mussels with pepper, really tasty (I would have put a few more croutons). The seafood linguine, on the other hand, convinced me less: too seasoned for my taste, and a bit invasive compared to the flavor of the fish. The staff was kind and helpful, even though we had to ask several times to bring water, but the restaurant was full and the wait was justified. You can choose whether to eat inside or outside, which is always appreciated. Overall, a good lunch.

Let's start with the very warm welcome, sublime and tasty food, the owner Mr. Walter came to greet us even though we were strangers, I was there one Sunday for lunch and a week later I went back for dinner even though I live 60km away. I recommend it

Ristorante di pesce simpatico e accogliente. Antipasti primi e pesce fresco. Sulle linguine allo scoglio lo chef si è confuso sulla quantità. 40 grammi di linguine sono diventate 150 ma la simpatia della proprietaria a messo tutto a posto. Grazie e alla prossima volta.
