The place to go. Get out of the city center and experience the real Palermitan vibe while sipping one of the best selections of Italian craft beers in a cozy atmosphere. We didn't eat, but they also serve food made with quality ingredients

I've only been there once but I would like to be able to go back to confirm.
Good variety of beers, including craft ones.
Depending on the day and time it may not be easy to find parking for your car.

Io e mia moglie siamo andati al Noroc per bere qualcosa prima di cena e poi per rimanere lì a mangiare, che dire? Io non amo particolarmente la birra in generale ma in questo posto ho trovato la quadra, la ragazza che ci lavora è stata super! Ha trovato la birra che faceva al caso mio, oltre ad essere brava nel suo lavoro è stata super simpatica ed accogliente, in più i panini (vegetariani entrambi) uno più buono dell'altro

My wife and I went to Noroc to have a drink before dinner and then stay there to eat, what can I say? I don't particularly like beer in general but in this place I found the solution, the girl who works there was super! She found the beer that was right for me, as well as being good at her job she was super nice and welcoming, plus the sandwiches (both vegetarian) one better than the other!

A "dark" style bar with classic soft lights.
Wide range of more or less artisanal beers.
Decent choice of various appetizers, main courses and a few desserts..
Courteous staff, who in the end made it clear that it would have been better if we had left to leave the table free.
