Accoglienza e qualità sono le due parole chiave per questo posto. Il menù ha diverse selezioni, ciascuna ben caratterizzata (non ci sono piatti "simili" tra loro) quindi si ha un po' l'imbarazzo della scelta. Carmine e Greta hanno sempre qualche consiglio in più: - su un prodotto particolarmente gustoso - su una preparazione e un contorno ideale - su un vino specifico che accompagni la portata La qualità è sempre TOP (anche il pane appena caldo! Assolutamente da accompagnare con l'olio crudo) Bisogna ammettere che di posti in cui la qualità del cibo è alta, ce ne sono diversi, ma ciò che fa la differenza è l'accoglienza: ci si sente a casa, si scambia qualche parola, Carmine (il proprietario) sa ascoltare e sa "sentire" i gusti di ciascuno. Insomma, si vede che c'è passione in questa attività, non è semplice lavoro!

The food is very good, the meat is very good, the pasta with truffle recommendations are exceptional and, being far from the old town, the price is unbeatable.

We ate here while in Bari on the basis of recommendations. It was fabulous!! The owner (Carmine) waited on us and gave excellent food and wine recommendations (the best bottle of wine we had in Puglia). He recommended the pasta with truffles and it was a mouth watering start to our meal. We followed that with steak which was superb. The food and staff were all outstanding!!

Ceralacca definitely deserves 5 stars. My first time there, the occasion deserved a noteworthy celebration and Ceralacca lived up to it. Very high quality food that combines the simple and peasant Apulian tradition with the best of the products of our beloved Puglia, to which we have added an Argentine Angus of excellent quality. Of course, a drink couldn't be missing, and here we reached the maximum with an obviously Apulian wine which was a unique experience! The service, the kindness of the owners and the environment have created a simply perfect atmosphere!! An experience like this in Los Angeles for example (the city where I lived for 30 years) would have cost at least three times as much! Absolutely worth repeating!!

I must say that I was surprised by the excellent and wide choice of fine meats and top quality wines. Personally, among other things, I particularly enjoyed the braised donkey with polenta. Having booked with the fork, I also had the pleasant surprise of a discount on my bill which, moreover, seemed very reasonable given the quality. I will certainly return

Truly exceptional! A super warm welcome, rare kindness, both from the owner and the waitress. And what about the dishes! Just delicious. We tried the truffle pasta. A delight! The truffle is distributed on the plate in front of you. Then we had a steak which was sublime and the truffle picanha just as excellent. To finish with a tiramisu as good as it is light. We were recommended a wine which was excellent at a very modest price. The atmosphere is cozy with a clean and neat interior. This restaurant deserves to become famous and essential in Bari. If you are in the area, go there with your eyes closed because on top of all that the prices are very very reasonable. Congratulations to the team and thank you for this great experience.
