We went here for dinner, attracted by the possibility of eating dishes with truffles. Unfortunately, however, the dishes with truffles were very few, perhaps we were there at the wrong time. The restaurant defines itself as a steak house, but the offer of cuts of meat is limited.
The platters of cold cuts and cheeses, the donkey chop and the straccetti were good.
The selection of wines was very wide and the location was beautiful. The owner was very kind because he deducted from the bill the Irish cutlet of meat cooked with a special method which unfortunately was overcooked and therefore was very hard and dry.
I would give a review to the service which leaves a little to be desired. Overall good.

Great food, cozy atmosphere and professional staff.
Went there with a friend for dinner and we were not disappointed.
Restaurant is medium sized and inside the atmosphere is nice and intimate with ambiental music that is not blasting in your ears allowing you to enjoy a nice meal and have a good conversation.
We got the antricot on the hot stone to share with backed potatoes and grilled vegetables.
The meat was tender, juicy and full of flavor!
The portion was just enough for two people who were looking to save some room also for desert.
My friend took the tiramisu and I got the mousse with berries. Both were fresh and creamy and delicious!
I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to have a break from pizza and pasta and wants to try a nice stake instead.

We just returned from dinner at Ceralacca and can't help but share our amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with impeccable service: attentive and professional staff who made us feel at home.
In the kitchen, truffles deserve special attention, as they are truly the protagonists of the cuisine. The quality of the truffles is very good, fresh and tasty, and each dish was a small explosion of taste. In particular, the truffle tagliolini were a real delight for the palate, perfectly seasoned and well prepared.
Another dish that surprised us was the Italian-bred wagyu which we found simply sublime: a soft, succulent meat rich in flavour.
The restaurant environment is welcoming with an atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease.

Al giorno d’oggi vi è ampia scelta di ristoranti e tutti hanno la pretesa - spesso infondata - di saper accogliere il cliente e servire prodotti di eccellenza.
Ceralacca è un ristorante, presente sul territorio barese da diversi anni, che non solo rispetta le aspettative ma le supera!
Il “ristorante- steakhouse” è un luogo accogliente nella nota via Abbrescia di Bari, dell’atmosfera calda e familiare, sapientemente gestito dal sig. Carmelo e dal suo eccellente staff.
Dopo aver raccolto recensioni entusiasmanti da amici molto critici e pretenziosi, ho prenotato con un amico in visita in città.
Devo confermare che i complimenti e le belle parole a me giunte sono fondate.
Il servizio è eccezionale: premuroso ma non opprimente; la descrizione dei piatti è accurata; il menù è vario e ricco di pietanze tradizionali baresi ma non inutilmente pretenzioso.
Lo staff è presente, simpatico, efficiente.
Le pietanze sono servite con tempi calcolati in modo egregio e i prodotti sono davvero di qualità.
Dopo aver degustato l’olio prodotto da loro su ottimo pane casereccio ed essere stati intrattenuti da un piatto della casa (semplice, rustico ma d’effetto) ci siamo fatti consigliare sulla portata principale e sul vino da accompagnare: tagliolini con tartufo bianco d’Alba e annessa disquisizione sui migliori posti dove è possibile assaporare il pregiato fungo; straccetti di cavallo e un ottimo calice di vino rosso.
La nota positiva - come se tutte le precedenti non fossero sufficienti - è il rapporto qualità prezzo che lascia lo stomaco appagato e il portafogli pieno, con la voglia di tornare.
In un Mondo culinario dove chiunque si atteggia ad abile ristoratore, Ceralacca alza il livello della media e offre lo scenario per una serata piacevole sotto tutti gli aspetti.
Assolutamente consigliato, con la speranza - ben riposta - che non perda mai le peculiarità che a oggi lo rendono un posto perfetto.

Incredible dinner as usual, made even more special by the courtesy and competence of the owner, Carmine. With great passion, he guided us to discover each dish, revealing curiosities and details that enhanced its flavour. The cuisine stands out for the excellence of the raw materials and attention to detail. The truffle tagliolini is absolutely worth trying, a true ecstasy for the palate... but be careful, it's addictive!

En underbar restaurang med stor charm och mycket duktig personal. Svårt att tro då det från utsidan ser ut som ett hål i väggen, men den som väljer att gå in blir rikligt belönad. Den vita tryffeln var sagolik och även den övriga maten var vällagad och av hög kvalitet. Vinlistan var lång och vi fick god hjälp att hitta ett gott vin som passade till måltiden. Vår bästa upplevelse hittills efter två veckors bilresa i Frankrike och Italien.
