Nonsolopasta In Roma

Delicious lasagna. Definitely not a tourist trap. Full of locals

As Genoese, we were a bit skeptical, so we went in. There were a lot of people in line, which immediately spoke in favor of the place. The owner, Marco, immediately put us at ease, and we started speaking in Genoese. We ordered the farinata and the Recco cheese focaccia, which were fantastic, and made us feel not in the heart of Rome, but right on the seafront.
