Freshly made shawarma with traditional bread, excellent quality ingredients. The other dishes are also very inviting, worth trying. Beautiful place, very kind and helpful staff. Fair prices. I recommend it.

We took two sandwiches plus chips with the skin that I must say that even eaten cold were really good and crunchy!!! The hamburgers were nicely stuffed and tasty but above all the meat was of excellent quality and very good. General quality ingredients, you can see that they care a lot about the product! We will definitely be back!!!

12/10/2025: On a day that only on the calendar was autumnal, we decided to try this restaurant. The staff was excellent, attentive, and the wine glass pairing was excellent. The food paid homage to Liguria, with a sublime appetizer. We were only sorry we couldn't thank the chef personally, even though he came out several times to chat with the next table. Should I perhaps return?
03/10/2025: Stanely Tucci steered us wrong on this one! In his series, this chef and restaurant came off as farm to table. In reality it couldn't be a less earthy experience. Not only is it pretentious and overpriced, but we were charged for a 2nd bottle of water we didn't order or receive. Huh? I read this happened to another reviewer. The service was attentive but our server spoke like a mouse. We were forced to lip read. We filled in the questions ahead of time with our booking, yet no one was aware we are vegetarian or that my husband has an egg allergy. The staff did not prepare themselves.

14/05/2025: I could start by explaining where and how he chooses the meat, I could tell you about the meticulousness with which he chooses the type of bread best suited to his burgers, or I could tell you about how tempted I was to ask for a piece of raw sausage, because it was so good... instead I'll tell you that I wanted to post a photo but after the first bite I couldn't stay less than two centimeters away from that explosion of joy and egg yolk that was my sandwich. I discovered Otto Kraus by chance, on a business trip to Genoa and, please, for your own good, don't miss the chance to taste and try this type of approach to burgers. Truly one of the best I've ever tasted. And don't even consider the negative comments, the helpfulness and kindness of the owner are values ​​that are hard to find nowadays, even for those who work in contact with the public.
