Breakfast included a superb croissant and cappuccino. There was a bit of a wait on a Sunday due to the crowds, but we found a seat in just a few minutes.

Good food, warm atmosphere and not good Falanghina wine (I don't recommend it).
Located on Viale Cavour (just a short walk from the Castello Estense), this café stands out because it doesn't look like a medieval tavern. Instead, it features a clean, wood-heavy, modern interior that feels airy and welcoming.
Despite the "wellness" name, they do not compromise on the sweets. Their croissants (brioche) are some of the fluffiest in town, often with creative fillings like pistachio, cream, or seasonal jams.

Excellent experience at this café!
Their matcha is simply exceptional, without a doubt one of the best I've tasted in Ferrara. The macchiato is also really very good, perfectly balanced. As for pastries, I 100% recommend the pistachio croissant, a real treat, and the hazelnut one is just as delicious. The staff is extremely pleasant and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. The atmosphere is both very warm and very cozy: you immediately feel at ease. I really love this place and I will definitely return.

The quality of food and drinks has remained unchanged (therefore high), and under the current management, service is less chaotic and, where possible, is served at your table. The rock music selection is also enjoyable, at just the right volume.
Unfortunately, the place is very small, but it makes up for it with a covered terrace (on the Corso Isonzo side) and outdoor seating (on the Viale Cavour side).
Recommended for breakfast, quick breaks, and aperitifs.

Excellent pastry shop, ideal for a healthy breakfast.
Clean and well-kept, a bit small when it gets too cold in winter, but fortunately they have heat lamps.

A place with very kind and friendly waitresses who saw I was trying to order in Italian and helped me even though they knew I couldn't do it with my level of Italian. Beautiful! The coffee was good and the focaccia was decent. If I return to Ferrara, this will definitely be my breakfast spot.
