Magnificent experience in this 1400s village, we felt like we were living in a castle in the middle of the greenery 🤩 we were accommodated in a wonderful apartment suite, clean environment, excellent breakfast with a variety of local desserts, Giulia and Alessia great availability and kindness, satisfying our needs. Thank you, definitely an experience to repeat.

I felt really good. welcomed and served well by the staff in a refined and comfortable environment. The dishes I took were excellent, a non-obvious selection, worth trying. The choice of wines is also excellent. and then a large car park close to the restaurant which overlooks a beautiful castle in a medieval village among the greenery of the Apennines. I will definitely return with friends and daughters on Sunday and for a romantic dinner with my wife. absolutely normal price. it's not a restaurant.

I went to the Palazzo de' Rossi restaurant last weekend for dinner, we were 3 couples and a small child. While waiting for the arrival of all the participants, we had a quick aperitif at the counter, where I was served an excellent Americano accompanied by croutons. We then sat down at the table, the service was very friendly and quick, in particular the 2 year old girl was served in just a few minutes. In the dishes you can feel the study and search for quality of the new chef, of French origin, who we then had the opportunity to meet. Personally, I ordered a salad carpaccio, followed by a sirloin of Argentinian meat, but not without first stealing a taste of the red wine and mushroom risotto from my husband. Everything was delicious, very fresh and top quality ingredients. We were very satisfied with this restaurant; I'll be back soon, maybe for lunch, to fully enjoy the magical place it is in!

Excellent cuisine with both traditional and refined dishes. Very good tortellini, I had a capocollo which alone deserves to return, the desserts are also excellent. The bar area at the entrance was pleasant where we had an aperitif while waiting for everyone to be there. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is inside the village of Palazzo de' Rossi, a pleasant and welcoming situation. I went there on a cold evening, the external veranda must also be worth it in good weather. Overall a lovely evening and a lovely discovery. Advised.

Beautiful and quiet place, excellent cuisine, not only traditional

Amazing experience, every time we go. The menu changes regularly, so we dont tire of trying new dishes, all of them excelent. The place in itself is absolutely worth the drive from Bologna. As beautiful as it is for dinner the setting is so gorgeous that its worth a trip for lunch as well. And the service is great!!!

Restaurant with high quality cuisine, attentive and courteous service, very friendly and welcoming atmosphere and staff. Beautiful location, to return (quickly!).

The lack of even a paper placemat is very serious. Unpleasant to have to eat directly on the table.

Stunning location and very friendly staff. The food offered is normal. For my taste, the beef carpaccio was good but the swordfish absolutely worth reviewing (it was the dish of the day). Value for money not the best. We won't be returning.
