We had lunch today with the family, an exceptional experience, starting from the good food, the location and the hospitality of the staff who are very knowledgeable!! What can I say, it was a lunch for 10+, we will definitely be back and I highly recommend it

It's been a long time since I ate this well. Traditional cuisine where you can taste real local dishes. The bean and chestnut soup is a poem. The fallow deer with plums is tender and very tasty. For families with small children I recommend bringing a high chair because they don't have many and you risk being left without one. The restaurant is located next to the cable car system to go to the customs house, and the shuttle service connecting the car park near the Miramonte hotel to the restaurant is also excellent. Lunch with a large plate of excellent fried mushrooms, a delight, plate of tagliolini with good mushrooms and soft puffed gnocchi with fabulous gorgonzola, as a second course a delicious sliced ​​wild boar with grilled vegetables and fried potatoes.....SUPER Fast service and with an extra smile it would have been 5 stars. Siamo venuti qui la sera di ferragosto per caso visto che intorno erano tutti chiusi. Una piacevolissima scoperta, cibo e celle te come pure la location in una terrazza accogliente e all’aperto. Hanno avuto anche un occhio di riguardo per il nostro cane dandoci un tavolo distanziato da altri cani. Talmente eccellente che abbiamo prenotato anche per la sera seguente noi che di solito amiamo cambiare sempre posto per sperimentare ma dopo 6 giorni e aver provato molti ristoranti della zona abbiamo deciso di tornare qui. Assolutamente consigliato!!!! PS Cinghiale fotonico!!!!

Siamo stati qua a cena per sfuggire al caldo della piana pistoiese, ci hanno accomodato in terrazza, sul prato, con vista sulla valle. Il clima era incantevole, il posto molto carino, semplice. Il menù è tipicamente montanino, carne, selvaggina, sia per i primi che nei secondi. Abbiamo preso l’antipasto del Cianco (quattro assaggi: una panzanella, una caponata, un castagnaccio avvolto nel rigatino, e delle castagne accompagnate da salsiccia), una porzione di funghi fritti, un primo di maccheroni al cinghiale, ed infine una tagliata di manzo con funghi. Per dolce invece, il ravaggiolo, ovvero una cagliata di latte di pecora, accompagnata da mirtilli e lamponi. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti sia dal conto che dalla qualità dei prodotti, veramente tutto eccezionale! 😋
