In a modern and minimalist setting, attentive and meticulously curated, the chef welcomes us, ready to explain the philosophy of his restaurant, which combines Campanian tradition with Japanese techniques and ingredients.
We begin with a few amous bouche: crispy wafer with Genoese tuna mayo, double-cooked pizza with pancetta and Nerano cream, a parmesan sphere on muhammara sauce (an Indian sauce made with roasted peppers), and eggplant parmigiana with miso.
For the appetizer, we're served tempura shrimp karaage (usually reserved for chicken) with buffalo mozzarella fondue, homemade teriyaki sauce, basil oil, and sautéed escarole. We continue with a half pacchero with double-texture shrimp, buffalo mozzarella fondue, basil mayo, and lime zest. For the main course, a steamed and flambéed sea bass fillet, creamed spinach, Tai spinach, and herbed potato quenelle.
The atmosphere and attentive, discreet service are a fitting complement to the thoughtful, balanced cuisine that expertly blends traditional Campanian flavors with Japanese ingredients and cooking styles.

We were at this place, nothing short of fantastic.
A true gem, a unique atmosphere!
A real discovery!
Fusion cuisine, Neapolitan and Oriental.
The hotel's essentials, and the decor is all very tasteful.
For our aperitif dinner, the chef treated us to individual courses for each guest, all exquisite and tasty.
Accompanying it was a gin and tonic, which tasted amazing.
A young and never boring cuisine.
We will absolutely return.
I highly recommend it.

We dined at Nia Restaurant during the special menu evening and thoroughly enjoyed all the (many) courses! Their Japanese fusion cuisine perfectly blends Japanese flavors with a Neapolitan twist, creating original and delicious dishes. It's also perfect for those who have never tried Japanese cuisine but are finally looking to try it. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and the atmosphere was welcoming... we'll definitely be back!
