Delicious and healthy food, a great way to escape the usual pasta and pizza. The place is very pleasant and the service is excellent.

A very simple and spartanly decorated restaurant. The pasta was sensational. I chose the carbonara. I've eaten a lot and have eaten in many corners of the world, but the carbonara was simply the best I've ever had, simply a delight!!! Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to take a picture, it was gone so quickly 😂😅😋 I also got to try a few other things, all of which were a feast for the palate!!! Thanks to the owner, Luccio, and also to Luca for showing me the restaurant 🙏🙏🙏

24/08/2025: Nice place, you can get first courses, second courses, and side dishes. I ordered a takeaway first course, which was very good.
14/08/2025: One of the best restaurants in Sicily, featuring top-quality ingredients, carefully selected ingredients, and exquisite flavor and wine pairings. Carmelo's staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the family is wonderful. The seafood risotto, the hot seafood appetizers, and the pistachio prawns with citrus mayonnaise will remain in my heart—a top Sicilian experience worth trying. The Catarratto and Morgana paired with all the dishes are excellent.

12/12/2025: Everything was excellent, the staff was friendly and helpful. Prices were a little higher than average.
18/09/2025: Good bakery, but otherwise average. I'd say the service is terrible—dirty and long waits—but that's simply because there are too few people working there compared to the volume of customers.
