As Swiss tourists, we felt a little out of place at first, as we were the first guests of the evening. Despite the language barrier, we were treated with the utmost respect by all the staff. The selection of paninis is huge, so there's something for everyone! This paninoteca is mostly frequented by locals, which makes it extremely authentic! I'd be happy to return! P.S.: I enjoyed the best coffee of my entire Tuscany vacation here.

Wide variety of sandwiches. The bread is very thin and well-cooked, so the sandwich is delicious and not heavy. The place is quite small and furnished simply but welcomingly. The owners are all very friendly. A nice place to spend an evening with friends.

Amazing sandwiches made on the spot for eating in or takeaway. They have a long list of sandwiches in the menu, but you can also customise them. The bread is crispy and flat, so it is not too big and the filling is always rich. It's an informal setting, but service is impeccable and all is well maintained.

Prices are more than fair, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service is impeccable. Among the appetizers, don't miss the "lumino"—you'll love it.

11/11/2025: 3 Michelin stars is nothing, this restaurant is a delicacy that no stars exist, I think that Cannavacciuolo Borghese Cracco and company can only come to learn not as a joke but with serious facts
27/10/2025: Attracted by the numerous positive reviews, my girlfriend and I tried this restaurant. We loved the atmosphere: charming and intimate. The service was impeccable: precise, friendly, and attentive in explaining each dish. We enjoyed the welcome aperitif, even though we found it to be low on alcohol. The main courses were excellent, truly well-prepared. The dessert, despite being a combination of several small appetizers, didn't seem to live up to the rest. It was very beautiful to look at, but not as delicious. Perhaps, however, it was just an unfortunate choice on our part.
