Restaurant in a typical local farmhouse. Excellent selection of Piedmontese and local wines. Welcome with prosecco and a mini aperitif, lardo (fabulous), and a sampling of crêpes (?)… wonderful blueberry risotto and homemade agnolotti… Fassona beef battuto with grana cheese… TOP recommendation.

The food was average, the wait between courses was a bit long, the wine was served at room temperature, and on Sunday it was 37°C. In short, we could have done better; we'll be back hoping for a better welcome. What we liked was the location.
