Alessandro and his mother welcomed us with a rare kindness, the kind that warms the heart. In an Italy where unfortunately everything has often become fast and impersonal, they are a shining example of what it means to work with love, dedication and respect for others. You can see and feel that for them, catering is first and foremost a vocation. The service was very fast, but never rushed. Everything was managed with attention, professionalism and a smile that makes the difference. And about the food... there are no words big enough: everything is exceptional, from start to finish. Products of the highest quality, cooked with passion and respect for the Umbrian tradition. The torta al testo, in particular, won us over: authentic flavors, perfect balance, truly unforgettable. In a world where everything is increasingly standardized, Non Solo Cinghiale is an oasis of truth, simplicity and culinary beauty. Siamo stati per caso in questo locale piccolo ma confortevole ed è stato amore a prima vista dopo che abbiamo mangiato uno stupendo tagliere misto con vari affettati e formaggi, bruschette con l’olio e bruschette con tartufo oltre alla classica torta al testo e dei panini col salame. Possibilità di acquistare in loco dei prodotti tipici umbri. Titolare molto cordiale e in gamba. Vale la pena andare.

The best sandwich in Assisi!!! At NORMAL prices!!! You can choose the type of bread but La Torta al testo is exceptional 🤩, I didn't love this Umbrian focaccia, but here I discovered that it is exquisite!!!! The guanciale, the types of salami (corallina or wild boar) are amazing. Here you can eat the products of Norcia and then if you want you can buy them to take home!!! I went back the next day, for an aperitif!!!

Excellent place with typical Umbrian products, near the Basilica of San Francesco. I recommend testo cake with Norcia raw ham! Friendly and helpful staff! Super good and with a good choice of wines

Trovato per caso durante una passeggiata, questo piccolo gioiello si è rivelato una piacevole scoperta! Il locale è intimo e curato, perfetto per una sosta gustosa. Abbiamo ordinato un tagliere di salumi e formaggi: prodotti freschi, di qualità e ben presentati, accompagnati da un ottimo calice di vino. I proprietari sono stati davvero gentilissimi, accoglienti e attenti. Un posto dove si respira passione e autenticità. Consigliatissimo!

Found by chance during a walk, this little gem turned out to be a pleasant discovery! The venue is intimate and well-kept, perfect for a tasty stop. We ordered a platter of cold cuts and cheeses: fresh, quality and well-presented products, accompanied by an excellent glass of wine. The owners were really kind, welcoming and attentive. A place where you can breathe passion and authenticity. Highly recommended!
