Salumi e vino locale molto buoni da accompagnare con torta ai testi (tipica focaccia del posto) Buon servizio. Pochi tavoli alti con sgabelli quindi in giorni di grande affluenza non penso sia facile trovare posto per sedersi. Tanti prodotti in vendita

Piccolo locale per uno spuntino veloce a base di salumi e formaggi tipici con i quali farcire la torta al testo sempre accompagnata da un buon vino. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, personale cortese. Consigliato.

Compliments We randomly stopped to eat here, it was raining and we had just left the sanctuary. He offers the "torta al testo" stuffed with salami and cheese, there are already combined proposals. I really like cheese and I got some advice. The pecorino di fossa is very good. Highly recommended

If you want to eat torte al testo and you are in Assisi, we recommend you stop here: a typical place with excellent products, especially the truffle, and the portions are generous. The two very kind and smart managers. You can take it away or stop to eat there among excellent Umbrian wines. Wonderful environment and normal prices. Super recommended!

30/07/2024: It's a shame because you can see it wasn't the right evening, pici cacio e pepe with truffle, they were pici in white with grated cheese on top, the pici were well made anyway, the other diners liked the pizza

Pizzeria Capri

13/08/2024: This place may not look like a lot in the front, but there are many tables inside, with friendly staff and amazing pizzas. There are many pizza choices on the menu and every single one we tried was incredible. The pizzas are fully covered with toppings, and the price is really good. The staff is very nice and speak good English. All in all a great place for dinner!
09/07/2024: Historic pizzeria in the centre, with tables outside along Corso Cavour, the table is slightly sloping and is a bit annoying, the chairs have armchair-type seats, they are comfortable but the reclined backrest is not really suitable for eating. We went as a group for dinner, going early, so the service was quick and efficient, the drinks arrived immediately, we waited a quarter of an hour for the pizzas. The mozzarella in carrozza is very good, the pizza has a dough with mixed flours and a part of wholemeal flour, so it is more consistent, and if it gets cold it is a little hard to cut, but it is very digestible. The pizza is excellent, the products are of high quality and the toppings are plentiful, with one serving you will be satisfied. We each had a beer and a pizza, spending €16.50 each.
