You can see and feel that for them, catering is first and foremost a vocation. The service was very fast, but never rushed. Everything was managed with attention, professionalism and a smile that makes the difference. And about the food... there are no words big enough: everything is exceptional, from start to finish. Siamo stati per caso in questo locale piccolo ma confortevole ed è stato amore a prima vista dopo che abbiamo mangiato uno stupendo tagliere misto con vari affettati e formaggi, bruschette con l’olio e bruschette con tartufo oltre alla classica torta al testo e dei panini col salame. Possibilità di acquistare in loco dei prodotti tipici umbri. Titolare molto cordiale e in gamba. Vale la pena andare.

The best sandwich in Assisi!!! At NORMAL prices!!! You can choose the type of bread but La Torta al testo is exceptional 🤩, I didn't love this Umbrian focaccia, but here I discovered that it is exquisite!!!! The guanciale, the types of salami (corallina or wild boar) are amazing. Here you can eat the products of Norcia and then if you want you can buy them to take home!!! I went back the next day, for an aperitif!!!

Trovato per caso durante una passeggiata, questo piccolo gioiello si è rivelato una piacevole scoperta! Il locale è intimo e curato, perfetto per una sosta gustosa. Abbiamo ordinato un tagliere di salumi e formaggi: prodotti freschi, di qualità e ben presentati, accompagnati da un ottimo calice di vino. I proprietari sono stati davvero gentilissimi, accoglienti e attenti. Un posto dove si respira passione e autenticità. Consigliatissimo!
