Every time I've been on vacation in Rome, I've eaten very well in this restaurant because a great chef cooked there and a very good friend (unfortunately passed away shortly 🥲) I hope the cooking continues... all the best and see you soon

Encontramos este restaurante por casualidad tratando de evitar una tormenta eléctrica en Roma! Teniendo en cuenta lo cerca que está de Via Cavour y la estación de metro era muy bueno. Solo 4 estrellas porque aunque el servicio era bueno y el lugar estaba ocupado no había ambiente ni conexión con el camarero.

Servizio essenziale. Una amatriciana senza infamia ma anche senza lode. Sugo troppo liquido e pecorino non a cascata. Nella media anche la circoria ripassata. Buono il vino della casa: un bianco dei castelli abbastanza corposo. Medio. Ne più ne meno

29/01/2025: More than a starred restaurant, a stellar restaurant. I ate very finely prepared dishes very well. We recommend the fassona beef sushi and the carbon'air as a dessert, excellent in taste, idea and presentation. The service is very attentive on everything and ready to best advise the customer. Superb chef.
18/01/2025: Ieri sera siamo stati in questo ristorante per vivere un'esperienza...e così è stato. Tutto estremamente perfetto, personale preparato e competente. Un percorso di gusti scoperte e sapori. Grazie del bellissimo viaggio.
