I sometimes go to Noce for pizza with friends, no doubt because of the delicious, light pizzas and the wide selection. The place is pleasant and comfortable, and the waiters are well-trained. But the problem is always the owner. Besides being unwelcoming, he's downright rude, both with customers and especially with his employees, and this is immediately noticeable. It's truly sad to hear the way he talks to his employees, and I always feel sorry for them, and the atmosphere he creates is definitely not the best. Unfortunately, even though I've been eating there every now and then for years, the situation remains the same.
