This place is a must while in catania. The staff are so helpful and the food is off the chart amazing. Best linguine with clam sauce, the prawn salad was perfect. We were recommended by our hotel staff and so happy we went with their advice.

Early August dinner. We ate well. I took 1 "Peppe" fish starter for €20 (9 small samples as per the attached photos) and 1 Baia di Ognina raw fish starter (see photo) for €28 (2 oysters, 2 cockles, 2 red prawns from Mazara, 1 scampi , and raw fish served with small asparagus). The raw materials were excellent and the presentation of both starters was beautiful. Overall variety and quality that we appreciated with our eyes and satisfied our palates. The restaurant, located on the first floor, presents itself as an elegant venue, with 2 rooms, suitable for a dinner or lunch for a couple, with family, with friends, events and special occasions. The service was very quick. The total bill was €70, having added to the aforementioned two starters also two glasses of white wine, a bottle of mineral water and two coffees.

Honestly, nothing special, a place that didn't impress me, no dish that left me with that "I will definitely return" feeling. In addition to the exaggerated price, 2 first courses, an appetizer and a glass of wine are around €90, exaggerated. I don't doubt the quality, but I would have to criticize the execution, the first course with sea urchins didn't have a nice strong flavor to leave you satisfied, the starter was certainly good.

Excellent fish dinner, all very good. The paccheri with shellfish and citrus fruits are exceptional
