Recommended by many friends from Taranto and beyond, the puccia dei Due Mari does not disappoint. Definitely one of the best in Taranto. Renovated, the staff are very friendly, and all this is right across from the swing bridge. Enjoying a delicious puccia and eating it with a view of the Aragonese Castle is priceless. Prices are in line with other places in the city center.

16/10/2025: We wanted a food experience outside tourist areas and found it. We were greeted by Andrea. What a wonderful experience. We ate a mixed grill that consisted of house made sausage and bonbette di Martina Franca, oven roasted potatoes and a green salad. We had a 1/2 liter of house wine. It’s worth getting out of your way to eat here. Good food and excellent service.
