Nishiki In Milano

We had dinner at Nishiki Milano and the experience was truly excellent. The Japanese restaurant is very elegant, with booths that guarantee privacy and an intimate atmosphere. The service was impeccable: waiters present, kind and very attentive to the needs of the customer. The Japanese dishes were tasty, well presented and made with quality ingredients. The wide selection of wines was also excellent and, surprisingly, the desserts were truly excellent: original, well-prepared and perfect to end the dinner. Nishiki is an à la carte sushi restaurant that really stands out in the Milanese scene. The food is of the highest quality, with original and surprising combinations, difficult to find elsewhere in the city. The flavors are well balanced and always taken care of. The service is excellent: attentive, courteous and professional. The environment also deserves a special mention, with elegant and particular decor, which makes the experience even more pleasant. An ideal place for those looking for refined and unusual sushi. Highly recommended.

Sushi different from the usual, excellent quality of fish. Some dishes with meat are available. They asked us to explain any allergies or food intolerances. It is expensive but the quality of what you eat makes the difference. Very kind staff. Nice waiter, also fusion: a bit Milanese imbruttito, a bit Japanese, with Spanish notes.

If you are in Milan and want to eat high-end sushi I highly recommend it, when you book you can also ask if there is a Privé available so as not to be disturbed by anyone and not have other customers around, a nice idea for an anniversary.

One of the best Japanese restaurants in Milan. The restaurant is tastefully decorated, the private tables offer privacy and exclusivity. Refined dishes but with simple flavors, the raw material is excellent and does not need to be covered with too many sauces. Attentive service (and in a couple of cases even friendly!), excellent wine list and super competent sommelier. A guarantee!

Sono tornato ieri a pranzo, dopo un anni dalla visita precedente, con mia moglie, nostro figlio, nostra nuora e nostro nipote quasi quattordicenne (li compirà tra dieci giorni). Sempre bello ed elegante il locale. Appena seduti ci hanno portato un gamberetto crudo marinato per ciascuno come appetizer. Abbiamo quindi ordinato tutti e cinque gli squisiti spaghetti di grano saraceno con bottarga, tè verde in polvere e verdure. Successivamente abbiamo spaziato su diverse portate, tra cui del sashimi di tonno, della tagliata di tonno in crosta di sesamo, del sushi di ventresca, del sashimi misto, del carpaccio di manzo di Kobe. Per finire cinque ottimi dessert misti. Da bere acqua minerale (microfiltrata), quattro tè verdi e, per me, una birra chiara giapponese. Servizio cortese, rapido senza essere invadente, ottima conoscenza dell'italiano da parte del personale (tutto asiatico). In totale abbiamo speso 337,50 Euro, un po' caro, ma ne valeva proprio la pena. Torneremo sicuramente prima che passi un altro anno.
