I had wanted to try this restaurant for a long time, as it had very high ratings. However, I had always held back, because the descriptions of the dishes and some photos gave me the idea of ​​a cuisine that was a little too refined, which I don't like very much. Then I saw that management had changed and that the music in the kitchen had also changed and so I finally decided to try it. I was there for a quick lunch and I took the dish of the day, without even looking at the menu and so this is a preliminary review. I intend to return calmly for dinner and then do a more in-depth review. Meanwhile, the judgement, even if preliminary, is certainly positive. The place is welcoming and the dishes we tried were very good. The courteous and "familiar" service seemed to me to be in tune with the environment and with the customers, who also seemed to be made up of regulars. For now I give it a good 4, all deserved. Then we'll see if we can bring it to 5 with dinner.

We went to this restaurant for the first time yesterday. Very welcoming place, the service is fast and efficient. In addition to the vast choice of dishes and excellent quality, a positive note to which we should give credit is certainly represented by the kindness of the owner and the waitress who served us. It is a high-end restaurant, whose quality-price ratio is absolutely right. It also has internal parking. We will definitely be back!

The venue is cute. The traditional Roman dishes (gricia and cacio e pepe) worth reviewing, the pecorino not creamy but lumpy, hard bacon (?) The second one is good. The bao for appetizer is very good. So-so service.

Cena squisita, cominciato con una grigia buonissima ho concluso con una coda alla vaccinara che è stata un vero spettacolo. Cameriere cordiale e molto apprezzato il calice e l'amaro offerti.

As soon as you enter the place feels like home, very welcoming! I celebrated my graduation here and then spent two evenings with groups of friends, everything was always very satisfying and the prices were fair without any bad surprises. This new management of Ninkasi is a great discovery! I will definitely return

Prenotato al buio, ma mai scelta si è rivelata più azzeccata. Innanzi tutto è una nuova gestione, chi conosce la precedente dimentichi tutto. In prenotazione ho chiesto se facevano cucina gluten free e mi è stata garantita. Arrivati sul posto, tutto era stato predisposto per il senza glutine: focaccia, scelta di pasta, scelta di condimenti, tutto incontaminato dal glutine. Il locale è molto gradevole, con piccola sala interna e un bel dehor, tutto molto accogliente ( se proprio devo trovarci una peccato, le sedie un pochino scomode, ma un cuscino sulla seduta potrebbe risolvere il problema). Menù non esagerato ma col giusto numero di scelte, antipasto ricco e vario, ottimi i primi, eccellenti le carni, dolci fatti in casa, eccellente la scelta del vino. Rapporto qualità prezzo superbo. E in ultimo, ma non per ultimo, personale e proprietario/chef competenti e simpaticissimi. Da tornarci e ritornarci.
