I discovered this small but incredible vegan restaurant by chance, shortly after moving to Cuneo. Now that I'm about to leave the city and move elsewhere, I'm sure I'll miss it! I'm not vegan, but every time I've tasted their delicious "piatti tondi"—a mix of samples of their savory dishes—I've been captivated by the ever-new, well-balanced, and unexpected flavors, aromas, and colors. And let's not forget the desserts, which are truly delicious! One of the few places where I've been able to fully enjoy my meal, mindfully, without distractions, in an intimate and welcoming atmosphere.
