Two days with the girls were truly perfect.

I love you... you know it by now... maybe it's because we stayed with you for Valentine's Day, maybe it's because we had the last room in the entire valley and it was exactly how we wanted it, maybe it's because there's always that family atmosphere, maybe it's the morning buffet, the kind and always helpful staff.... Maybe it's also because the mountains and the snow are there and make you cry with happiness. And since San Remo is almost here, I'd also add, "What a mess, maybe it's because I love you!..." The rest is up to you!

We visited the hotel repeatedly, with more than 40 people. We stayed in the renovated part of the hotel. The rooms are large enough, cleverly furnished so that the minimum space provides the maximum space for use. The rooms are clean, fragrant, the beds are high, the mattresses and pillows are comfortable, the bathroom is modernly equipped, internet TV, well-regulated heating (only in the new rooms, whoever had the old room was cold and slept in sweatshirts), a refrigerator and a safe. The breakfasts are rich, tasty, with very well-served scrambled eggs. The dinners are 3 courses, very good, hearty, varied, made from quality ingredients. The advantage is that drinks with dinner are included in the price, including wines. The prices of drinks in the bar are very friendly. What we didn't like and why I'm giving a lower rating was that we got a "wake-up call" twice a week at 5:45 a.m., when a truck with laundry arrived and dragged heavy cages of laundry under our windows for an hour on the bumpy pavement. It was so noisy in the absolute silence of the mountains that we (about 8 of our rooms) were immediately awake. The vibrations were transmitted through the walls and floor and into the beds. None of us understood how this was even possible. One day, the noise was added at 6:30 a.m. by a food truck. These are all rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors from the entrance to the reception and further to the right to the side parking lot. If I had to sleep in these places, I would rather not go there. Being forcibly woken up at 5:45 a.m., listening to an hour of rumbling, that's really not what I want on vacation. The staff in the restaurant and bar are nice, friendly and helpful. The same cannot be said about the older lady at the reception. She was also annoyed when we went to pay her. For skiing, the free hotel ski buses are an advantage, with a waiting time of max. 5-7 minutes. The drivers are friendly and helpful. The hotel's common areas are nice and well equipped. Parking is quite easy, either for a fee in the underground garages or for free around the hotel.

I didn't stay at the hotel, but I spent several afternoons during my skiing holiday in their wellness center (sauna, Turkish bath, and pool). The wellness center is open to everyone, including non-residents.

A very pleasant hotel with wonderful and friendly service. Ideal location – close to shops and the slopes. Well-maintained ski area and pleasant sauna area. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The hotel is very clean, nicely decorated, and close to the ski slope. The service in the restaurant was exceptionally friendly. A major drawback and inconvenience is the lack of glasses and a kettle in the room. It's impossible to get glasses from the bar to even get a drink of water. This is definitely not the standard of a 3-star hotel it boasts!

Renovated hotel, we stayed there for 3 days, a fairy tale, excellent menu, we also had the opportunity to have lunch in the attached restaurant, we ate very well, even the services for children are excellent, the entertainment girls are fantastic, the swimming pool is beautiful, large and very clean, excellent stay

A great place with wonderful service and very delicious food... there is a ski room and hotel buses that take you to the slopes... I recommend it.
