I stopped just for a spritz at the hotel bar, and I have to say it was a very pleasant surprise. The spritz was plentiful, perfectly prepared, and truly delicious. The service was welcoming, friendly, and attentive: I immediately felt at ease. A place that exudes care and hospitality even to those who just stop by for a drink. Highly recommended! 🍹✨

Recently renovated hotel. Pleasant common areas, friendly staff. The rooms are basic and clean. Excellent breakfast, and overall the services met expectations. A good location for hikers, but the hotel still faces the main road. I can't give it 5 stars because unfortunately, you can't see Mount Pelmo from the balcony.

A pleasant stay. The rooms are new and well-maintained (the only dated thing are the window frames, and since they're right on the road, you can hear cars even at night). Breakfast and dinner are delicious. The only downside is the indoor pool, which is visibly dated, and the room doesn't provide a kit with a towel/slippers, etc., and above all, a swimming cap is mandatory! (You can purchase everything on-site.) Fortunately, the staff is friendly, and the food is so good that you forget about everything else.

At Hotel Negritella, I experienced the restaurant and spa, not the hotel. Regarding dinner at the restaurant, it's very reminiscent of a 1990s/early 2000s atmosphere, with a large buffet of appetizers and vegetables (which I honestly appreciated, given the difficulty of finding vegetables at dinner in restaurants). After the buffet, dinner includes a first course, a second course, a dessert, and a choice of water and beer or wine. The food is good, and the cuisine is consistent with the setting. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Overall, a good experience. Above all, it's affordable at €30 per person. The spa, however, was less than satisfactory, especially because the pool water, including the whirlpool, is too cold. The sauna and Turkish bath are okay.

Holiday with excellent services

This hotel is strategically located for those who love the mountains in all seasons, yet avoid the hustle and bustle of certain places (the town itself is excellently connected). Excellent hospitality, impeccable service, and extremely friendly staff. Varied, high-quality cuisine. Highly recommended!

My wife and I just returned from a lovely, relaxing week at the Nigritella Hotel. We stayed half board, and our room had just been renovated, was large, and very clean. The dining room, reception, and bar staff were all very courteous and knowledgeable, always ready to address any request or problem—no small feat—with a smile. Breakfasts were always excellent and plentiful, and what can I say about dinners? The buffets were "over the top" and the dinners were equally delicious, compliments to the kitchen. A special mention to "our waiter," Saiful. Thank you all so much, and we hope to see you again next year.

Il soggiorno al Nigritella è stata davvero rilassante cibo di buona qualità personale in generale accogliente e disponibile, ottimo quello della sala come pure quello in reception... In particolare modo Anna gentile disponibile accogliente e anche molto simpatica. Stanze comode ma nn grandissime. Bagni un po' datati. Wifi nelle stanze con poco segnale. Valutazione generale molto buona. Ci tornerò. Grazie di tutto

La camera era adeguatamente grande, così come il bagno. Entrando si sentiva subito il profumo del legno; però guardando bene contro luce (il pomeriggio quando entrava il sole dal balcone) si poteva notare un bello strato di polvere sul pavimento - sia appena arrivati sia due giorni dopo. Anche il bagno il secondo giorno è stato oggetto di una pulizia non perfetta. Camere con insonorizzazione praticamente assente. Colazione adeguata, discreta scelta di dolce e salato. Cena con antipasti e verdure a buffet, i primi e secondi alla carta, con varie alternative fra cui scegliere. Bevande (acqua, vino sfuso e bibite analcoliche) comprese nel prezzo. Purtroppo il servizio in sala durante le cene merita un voto negativo per la disorganizzazione: ogni cameriere dovrebbe avere un suo settore, evitando così che passino due a chiederti la stessa cosa. I piatti dovrebbero essere serviti assieme, specie se il tavolo è da 2: non può arrivare un primo e l’altro intanto sta a guardare aspettando il suo primo (o idem per i secondi). E bisogna rivedere la comunicazione fra camerieri e cucina: non si può attendere oltre mezz’ora per un dolce (solo da impiattare), mentre ai tavoli vicini, che hanno finito dopo, il dolce arriva subito.
