Clean room. I was hoping for a good view, but I didn't get it. Service ok

La camera era adeguatamente grande, così come il bagno. Entrando si sentiva subito il profumo del legno; però guardando bene contro luce (il pomeriggio quando entrava il sole dal balcone) si poteva notare un bello strato di polvere sul pavimento - sia appena arrivati sia due giorni dopo. Anche il bagno il secondo giorno è stato oggetto di una pulizia non perfetta. Camere con insonorizzazione praticamente assente. Colazione adeguata, discreta scelta di dolce e salato. Cena con antipasti e verdure a buffet, i primi e secondi alla carta, con varie alternative fra cui scegliere. Bevande (acqua, vino sfuso e bibite analcoliche) comprese nel prezzo. Purtroppo il servizio in sala durante le cene merita un voto negativo per la disorganizzazione: ogni cameriere dovrebbe avere un suo settore, evitando così che passino due a chiederti la stessa cosa. I piatti dovrebbero essere serviti assieme, specie se il tavolo è da 2: non può arrivare un primo e l’altro intanto sta a guardare aspettando il suo primo (o idem per i secondi). E bisogna rivedere la comunicazione fra camerieri e cucina: non si può attendere oltre mezz’ora per un dolce (solo da impiattare), mentre ai tavoli vicini, che hanno finito dopo, il dolce arriva subito.

Very kind staff, beautiful rooms, super cleanliness, very plentiful and delicious breakfast and dinner. Perfect location, only 2 minutes by ski bus (free from the hotel) from the lifts. We will definitely be back.

Excellent value for money. Helpful and kind staff. Varied and very good menu, buffet with wide choice. Nice and clean rooms. Convenient shuttle service to the facilities and strategic location. The swimming pool is relaxing! To return!

After last year's positive experience I stayed in this facility again this year. I was pleasantly surprised by the renovation of the rooms. The room and bathroom were impeccably redone (I was on the second floor), the new bar area was very welcoming! All the staff always available and smiling! Very rich breakfast and dinner! Very convenient location to the lifts! Services such as the swimming pool and spa complete everything! Excellent quality/price ratio

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare presso l’hotel Nigritella la a inizio gennaio con un grande gruppo di amici . Le impressioni sono state positive fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con gentilezza. Abbiamo trovato un hotel nuovo , pulito e accogliente. La nostra camera la 121 era veramente nuova e bella . L’hotel ha diverse sale per la colazione e il pranzo dove tutto è preparato con cura e attenzione da parte del caposala e i suoi ragazzi, sempre disponibili e con il sorriso soddisfano ogni richiesta. I cibi sono ben preparati e gustosi con varietà di piatti mai ripetuti. Il pomeriggio abbiamo usufruito della piscina con idromassaggio mente la sera dopo cena il bar era il punto di ritrovo per le partite a carte con i nostri amici. E’ disponibile la sala giochi con biliardo e Ping pong e per i più piccoli una sala con diversi giochi e animazione. Siamo stati davvero bene , i servizi dell’hotel sono pensati per soddisfare ogni esigenza. Il nostro giudizio è positivo e speriamo di poter ritornare l’anno prossimo. Grazie

Relaxing holidays we are always treated at the top every year by the director Monica, in the dining room with Enrico always ready to satisfy our every need or request, and by all the staff super kind and attentive to our needs!! A special thank you goes to "Salvo" the shuttle driver who took us to the slopes but who was ready to wait for us and put up with us patiently!!!! Thank you so much to everyone for always making our holidays special for over 20 years!!

Hello. I had the pleasure of spending my vacation in this hotel, the rooms are clean, the staff is very kind, it is very clean and the bar works until late, there is a children's ski slope nearby and every morning there is a minibus from the hotel that takes you to the ski slopes for adults who are a kilometer away. By the way, especially the kitchen delights you every day with various and very tasty dishes.

For us going to Selva di Cadore is a magical moment!! We love the area and think it's a unique place. But if there wasn't the Hotel Nigritella and, in particular, the manager (Mr. Umberto), we would never have discovered this magical place; it was precisely the welcome, professionalism and impeccable management of the director Umberto that made us feel at home: In fact, he did not treat us as if we were a number, as most hotels do, but rather made us feel comfortable in this facility. This motivated us to often go to Selva di Cadore, discovering this hidden paradise. Now with the new management we have realized what it means to no longer have Mr. Umberto at the helm of the hotel: A great shame, given that he was the one who brought the Nigritella to where it is now, but also because professionals like him and his collaborators are very rare and it is not right to lose such exceptional people. We are very sorry because, with the resignation of the director, Selva di Cadore will never be the same as before for us. I would like to thank Mr. Umberto for everything he has done for us and for the Hotel Nigritella.
